Every technician seemed friendly and sweet, but the woman who did my nails. I had to stop her twice to explain how I wanted my nails done, and she still painted them wrong. By that point I was done trying to explain and just let her do her version of what I really wanted. Then the gel light didn’t fully dry my nails and she talked down to me as if I was stupid and didn’t put my hand under the light correctly (as if that was even possible). I got simple white stripes on two fi...ngers (that were supposed to be white polish with gray stripes) and she had to redo them three times on each hand, and they still came out uneven and honestly, they look ridiculous. Glad I paid $6 extra dollars for them and got dirty looks from her each time she went to fix them when I never asked her to start over. I don’t want it fixed, but I won’t be back in the place. Quickest pedicure I've ever had. In and out in less than thirty minutes. Barely got to soak my feet in the water with little to no massage and minimal scrubbing/trimming for $25. I don't feel like I got my money's worth.Read Less

I had my nails polished for a very special event. I had French tip white. Only cost $10 so I was pleased with that. I left the salon at 3 pm, picked up my children from school, went to the grocery store then home. When I got home at 5 I showed my husband my pretty nails and he saw they were chipping. I was very upset since our event was that evening. By the next morning several of my white tips had peeled right off. I believe it was bad/cheep polish. The reason I'm leaving a review is because when I went in first thing the next morning the technician was extremely rude. I was on my way to work so I didn't have time for her to redo them but honestly with such a bad polish I saw no need to redo them. I asked for a refund. She said they don't do refunds. I have to come back. I may have just come back at another time to at least attempt another polish but since she was so horribly rude I will never be stepping foot in that salon. Apparently $10 was worth them losing a long time customer and that customer telling everyone about the horrible service I received at this salon. So if you aren't pleased with their service just know that they WILL NOT do a refund and they treat YOU like you did something wrong. Very unprofessional. Read Less
