Star Nails has become my go-to salon for mani/pedis! The staff is always extremely thorough and takes their time making sure that you have a relaxed experience with a quality result. Many times the owners are in the salon working as well. They just started a new frequent customer reward card that I'm excited to be a part of. Although it is not a premier spa and may not be the most fancy place, my nails always look great for a moderate price. The staff members are always friendly and really make an effort to get to know you, and when you get a pedicure they give some of the best leg massages around! Read Less

Really wonderful service--staff pay attention to what you want, and will continue to make small talk and joke with you. I purchased a groupon for a shellac manicure in February and use it a few weeks after purchasing. The staff were very patient with me, as I had changed my mind on nail color several times. I asked for a glitter ombré on each nail; however, after several tries, it became clear that my nail technician did not know this technique. I ended up asking the owner for a sponge and said "Let me show you, I'll teach you". The other staff members crowded around to see how this was done and to learn a new technique. They didn't charge me for the 10 nail designs, since I did them myself. They also asked to take a photograph for their Facebook page, and I agreed. Read Less

The technicians were friendly and the experience I had getting a pedicure was pleasant, but most importantly for me, this pedicure lasted five full weeks before any chips appeared - no flaws until after new nail growth started showing. I will definitely be going back. Read Less
