Last min pedicure choice and I went to them given we wanted a new experience. If you want QUALITY for your TIME and MONEY do not choose this location during busy hours. Waited 45 mins for a 10 min pedicure that left my feet looking like a safari desert still... I cannot give this place more than 1 star, in fact I wish I could give it no stars.  I had a $16 ---7 minute manicure.  During the 7 minutes he answered the phone, checked on the other workers, and made appointments, I mentioned the nails were still rough and he said you are done.  The buff is not shiny and the lotion was approximately 15 seconds on each hand and arm------total.I will close now, as I need to find a place to get my nails done. Love these guys! My mom and I sought out a particular person and found she worked here. My mom broke her ankle about 6 yrs ago and doesn't have the range of motion she used to have. I had been telling a gal we used to go to "her foot won't bend that way" She proceeded as if there was an English-Vietnamese language barrier. I didn't buy that. So I went searching and found a gal that really took to my mom and cared for her comfort during the pedicure. I can't believe I've never heard about Nail Time. I was waiting for a nearby appointment and thought I'd give it a try. Tom and Alan treated me like royalty. I was seated with a bottle of water. They listened and gave me exactly what I wanted/needed. The place is spotless and I was really impressed when Alan opened a new buffer and gave it to me, because they don't reuse them. I was just there this Saturday and I had a pedicure and a full set. I was very disappointed later in the evening when I had finally gotten a chance to take a look at the work the nail technician had done... and I was less than pleased. I went back the next day and WOW great service and they redid everything! Pedicure polish was reapplied, the full set of acrylic was taken off and completely redone. When I arrived the salon was actually filled with a handful of people but the staff were friendly and got me right in. I went for a fill and it was probably the best looking fill I have ever received! It's so thin and natural looking, done in a timely manner and the employees acted as if they actually cared about the outcomes of the services! I will definitely be going back! This is the best nail salon I've ever been to they are extremely sanitary I got my nails done by Alan and he went all out with ombré colors and a custom rhinestone design on each nail that was Instagram worthy I've not only never had my nails done this nice but they lasted they never came close to breaking  with working or cleaning Ava does my toes and she is also a sweetheart I 100% recommend this salon it's high end but actually worth the price Read Less

Weird, gross experience here. I got a gel manicure and my technician repeatedly coughed throughout it. Cough with his hands covering his mouth, then put his hands back on mine. He didn't say anything, apologize, nothing. Another technician first told him to get a cough drop...a few minutes later another one instructed him to put a mask on because he couldn't stop coughing.I figured after all of this he would use hand sanitizer or wash his hands but nope. I ended up asking him to please wash his hands before continuing. My nails look okay but I'm kind of afraid I'm going to wake up sick tomorrow 🤢 Read Less

I was visiting the area and they were recommended. Went for mani/pedi and gel /pedi with my daughter. When they finished me they left me sitting in the pedi chair for 20 minutes. You can get a quick and inexpensive gel manicure ($30) as a walk in here.My friend and I came in on Friday for manicures and  since we were walk ins, they didn't do our nails together. They say is net to each other and here were pretty much completed by the time mine were started. This didn't bother me too much, though, since we didn't have an appointment.What did bother me was the way my nails looked when we were completed. I had a few nails that seemed to have "missed spots" on them at the very tip of my fingernail as well as one where the paint doesn't go all the way to the sides. The lady filed so hard that she actually rubbed some skin off of my ring finger on my right hand. I actually mentioned that it hurt and burned and she laughed and didn't stop. It's now Sunday, and that spot on my finger is still raw and red. I don't think the top coat did what it was supposed to do in the drying process either. The ring finger and the middle finger on my left hand were discolored just a few hours after my appointment and had an almost light brown film over these two nails. I picked a bright pink/coral color, so this gives these two nails a weird "toasted marshmallow effect" and it is noticeable if you are paying attention. The pluses to this place are relegated to a nice polish selection and free Diet Coke for customers, which isn't enough to keep me coming back. With all of the options in the area for gel manicures, I would recommend skipping this place in favor of another location. Read Less

I have been coming to Nail Time for years and never had a problem.  Now they have new owners who I enjoy visiting with.  Alan does a fantastic job on my nails.  Whoever said that they don't ever greet you is incorrect.  While Alan (who sits right up front) is doing my nails he is answering the phone making appointments, assigning customers to which tech, greeting customers.  You may not hear him since he sits right behind the cash register/sign-in log desk.  I asked one day if they knew how many people have come in in one day and they said 150 and you want to complain about having to wait when you are a walk-in.  Make an appointment.  Also if you have made an appointment and are late getting called back is usually because the customer before you was late.  I'm sorry but I get tired of patrons always complaining.  Just be patient.  Keep up the good work and always remember that you can't make everybody 100% happy.  Thank you for your service. I have been going to nail time for 8 years and I love my nail technician. However they are under new ownership and ever since, they have cut back on staff and now you have to wait everytime! I have a limited amount of time due to my heavy work schedule so I would get a petacure at the same time, not anymore they dont allow it. Not very customer  service oriented! But in a pinch you can walk in and I have never had a bad experience. They keep the salon clean and follow all health guidelines and keep up on all the latest trends. Came in with a large party, and was able to leave after an hour. I decided on a gel French manicure; nail tech was very caring and took her time. However, I had initially asked for a curved shape, and asked for my nails to be filed down as short as possible (as my nails grow so fast), but the nail tech interjected and opinionated that she preferred a square shape and automatically began to shape my nail. Horrible acetone smell before you even walk in. The service is by far the most unappealing I have ever experienced, and my acrylics lasted 4 days before I had to get them replaced by another nail salon. I took my money and time to a better place. So much for trying to save 10 bucks!Edit: The owner has gotten ahold of me, apologized for the inconvenience, and issued a complete refund. I am very satisfied with the outcome. I followed one particular nail tech here from another location but when he's been on vacation, I've had the opportunity to have other techs do my fills, and all are great. They can pick & choose who they hire at this venue, so you're in good hands with whomever you're with. One nail tech is a true artist & has had his work published! Most speak good English & only a few speak their original language amongst each other, which seems to be frowned upon. As when they do, my tech always interprets so that no one feels awkward. This place was a nightmare and I won't return. The overwhelming smell of chemicals is so bad that my mom couldn't stay in there for long. Only reason we even went was cause we had Groupons and I wanted to find a good nail place near my house. Needless to say it's a sh*t show! Way too much going on in this place - I need a relaxing environment when I pay to get my nails done. Not a million people yelling at each other from across the room. I'll never return to this place.  The overwhelming stench of acetone made my eyes burn and my nasal passages sting.  This is a busy busy busy place and very disorganized.  I had a Groupon and therefore made an appointment because it was a requirement to do so to use the Groupon, but then they just ignored my appointment time and made me wait in their acetone-drenched noisy nail salon.  Do not try to go here for a relaxing mani-pedi experience because it just won't happen.  The nail technician did a fine job of applying gel polish to my nails, but it chipped off faster than usual this time.  This place needs to get a functioning ventilation system and figure out a way to control the environment so it is more organized and less chaotic.  This was a really unpleasant experience.
