Flys were everywhere, I could smell people’s food being cooked. I asked for a peacock feather and Tracy did whatever she wanted whole different color and just a basic feather I showed her a pic of what I wanted and it looked way different. Another time I went for acrylic , and a nail on one of my fingers wasn’t removed and she expected me to walk out the door like that, it was very unsymmetrical I bet she wouldn’t want her nail like that. What a horrible experience!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I went in with a full set of nails on and requested a new set. I wanted the same shape same everything so Tracy could see what I wanted! She soaked them off and didn’t soak me very long and started peeling the nails off!!! I kept saying I was in pain but she said I have to do like this to get nail off. So we painfully got through that process and started putting on the new nails. She cut them way too short and I asked for longer she said she couldn’t do it. Ok whatever!! Well to top it off she puts the acrylic on and it’s not even. My nails look wavy. Just an absolute horrible experience!!! And it’s too bad because I’ve been going here for pedicures for three years and needless to say I won’t be back! I asked her for s refund she said no and was very upset when I asked!! I showed my nails to her and she just acted like nothing was wrong!!! So if you have acrylic nails DONT go here!!!! Granted, I haven't had a manicure in years, but treated myself to a gel manicure today and was surprised they didn't even work on my cuticles which really needed some attention.  Therefore, the manicure looks shoddy.   I also expected some kind of hand massage for the price I paid, but no such thing.  The girl kept getting up during the mani to help other customers.  Won't be going back. Had a mishap with a razor which ended me almost taking a nail off. Rang up for some advice and not only got an appointment the next day but also had a great experience and ended up with a nail almost as good as new. Would use again and highly recommend. Read Less

Ladies! Ladies! Ladies! Run while you can! This review will convince you to do so! I am an avid believer of not leaving negative reviews until I try a place at least 3 times! I did this with this nail salon and it was the same results all 3 times. For each visit, I had a coupon sent in the mail with $1-$2 off so I figured I could give it a try - who doesn't want to save money? So I did! Each time I came it was for a full set. Each time the full set was done, it did not last more than 48 hours, I take very good care of my nails and I am very careful. The polish would always come off even when washing my hands and taking a shower. I have attached the worst (which was the third visit) work I've seen on my nails. I did a full set with polish for a trip. To my dismay, I went on a Saturday and by Monday - it was already a mess. I was appalled. I unfortunately will never visit this salon again. The quality of the work done is definitely horrible - it could be personnel or materials or polish but the point is a good nail job should at least last for 2 weeks (if properly cared for). Beware! 3 months ago i put up a 5 star rating. They are nice ladies but the last 2 times i been in here i have been less than pleased. The ladies are nice, ill give them that but thats it. So the 1st time i went in they did a really nice job. The guy game me an awesome pedicure and my gel manicure was on point. The second time i was rushed and my pedi lasted 2 days. My mani was already chipping away and they did 2 coats on a light nail polish so i just took it all off. Since its so close to me i decided to try getting a full set and another pedi. The lady gave me a great massage with the pedi but she didnt paint my toe nails all the way. Its been 3 days and it looks like i have had it weeks. With the full set the lady left a brush hair in my french mani that i didnt notice until i got home. It started chipping the next day and the nail polish is a hot mess. Somehow my black nails look more blue. Im never going back here! Read Less

This is the worst nail salon i have ever been to. The lady that was running the thing, was doing 4 people's nails at once. I asked for a gel powder, and she did a extremely sloppy job, including getting gunk all over my hands. I asked for a manicure three times, and she told me that this was a manicure. Went in for a gel manicure and was not impressed. The lady who did my nails did such a poor job I asked her to redo them before I left. Typically gel lasts e 2 1/2 weeks, this chipped in 2days and was pretty much chipped off completely in one week. Would not recommend this place. Read Less

This place was horrifying. I'm new to the area so I went to get a pedicure here because I had a Valpak coupon. The chair did not have a massager, nor did it move backwards (I'm 6'0 so I was practically kicking the guy in the face). I have gotten a lot of pedicures in my life and this was THEE WORST PEDICURE I'VE EVER HAD. The guy used the same bottle of lotion as cuticle softener, as heel scrubber stuff and as lotion to "massage" with. When I say "massage" I mean he rubbed it into the top of my feet for about 30 seconds and then washed it off, I actually asked him "wait that's it" and he laughed. On top of it all this place smelled bad and was visibly dirty. I actually felt compelled to get up and leave more than once, but he put my shoes far away and I struggle with being mean/honest about a bad experience to service men/women. if you are reading this then RUN FROM THIS PLACE. I have gone here for years over the past 11 months I have  questioned their sanitation.   On April 14th,  2016 my daughter got a manicure by a male employee.  The lotion smell like urine. The entire salon smelled of urine and the salon was hot. Not going back. Read Less

This place is terrible. Worst set of acrylics ever. Not even 24 hours later they are peeling off. The white tips are jagged. Not sure if the girl who did my nails has ever even done acrylic before, thats how bad they look. I will never waste another dime in this horrible salon. Read Less

Came for a fill because I had a valpak coupon but will not be returning. My nails look unprofessional and did not have a good experience. My nails look unfiled (rigid and very uneven) not painted OR EVEN FILLED to my nail bed and sloppy. You can tell I have acrylics on and it's so ugly!!! Their "drying station" does not have a fan or a uv light! Just a $2 Walmart black light which does nothing for drying... Because of this I had to wait 20 mins for my paint to dry. She did my topcoat here.. Not at a station. Had to ask to pay now.. Should have walked out..Update : every single nail began to chip as soon as I got home.. Awful Read Less

I do not recommend going here. I called ahead on Saturday to see if they could do 3 gel manicures. They said yes, so we went. There were three people working and about ten customers so needless to say we had to wait. When they finally got around to us they rushed through the manicures, cut our fingers and did not use clean tools. My nails look like a 5 year old painted them. Never going back. Read Less

My first time here wasn't such a good time as I'd like to recall the guy who did  my nails weren't very professional and did my nails poorly. Although I gave this place another try and my experience here last week was amazing! I think the lady who did my nails is named Ann. She was a lot better than the guy that did my manicure last time. This shop is terrible. The owner does'nt tell the truth. I'd have an appointment. She'd rush me when someone else came in . One time I had an appt. Sat. at 10AM, she didn't come in until 10:30 AM. The final cut was just that. She used a electrical rotary file on the underside of my gel nails. She did in such a hurry. It was done so poorly that I had horizonal paper cuts on all ten nails. Don't go here! The people weren't very friendly and the guy who did my and my pre-teen's pedicures did a rotten job. He cut around my toenails so bad, they hurt for days! I suffered through it thinking that at least the polish job would be good - but I was wrong! The mistakes were easy to see on both of us. I could have done a better job with a paint roller! Read Less
