What the actual f***..... just got the worst set of acrylics I've ever gotten done, and i've been getting my nails done for 4 years. I recently moved to OP, was looking for a place to get my nails done, saw some good reviews and pictures. Don't get me wrong-- they were extremely nice. However my nail artist was wayyyyyy to fast, broke my real nails when trying to get my old nasty set off, and she didn't complete all the steps to the best of her ability. I understand it was 5pm, I'm sure she was ready to go home for the day and start her weekend. But I pay my hard earned money to have my hands look pretty, however they look like sh*t. I originally asked for round shaped nails, she said it would look ugly with the color... Ok. I didn't ask you. Thanks though. The square nails i have are WIDE at the brim, i asked her to fix it, she did some random files, then told me to wash. Also not to mention the paint looks horrendous and the nails weren't put on straight. So here I am calling nail salons around the area asking if they can salvage some of this crap and make my hands pretty again. Please Image Nails, have some pride in what you do. This is embarrassing. Don't go here. It's literally a waste of money. Nhi is the rudest and roughest person to ever get a mani and pedi from. She used the same tools on my feet as my hands without cleaning them. She hovers over you while you're filling out your receipt and when you write in your tip she starts yelling out to the other people there, in another language so I only can assume she is complaing about what she was given. I've tried this place multiple times and every time I feel the same way. And in a few days after the mani my shellac always chips or comes up. Don't waste your time, literally anywhere else. The two employees that gave my daughter and I a pedicure were horrible and we will never go back. I had one of the male employees give me my pedicure. I could tell from the moment I sat down in the chair that he was annoyed i was there. The extremely uncomfortable pedicure only lasted 7- 10 minutes. His was really rough with the tools he used and was too rough with me physically. He jerked my foot many times. He didn't hurt me but it startled me and I could tell he was not happy as he rushed through my pedicure. He didn't share with me the types of services they offered and didn't give me the opportunity to ask for white chevron lines before notifying me he was done and I needed to move. In the mean time the female employee that gave my daughter a pedicure made us feel like she was totally put out and that we were not unwelcome. To top it off " if looks could kill" then she totally had it out for us. She glared at my daughter and I to the point that made us both feel uncomfortable. My daughter and I get pedicures all the time and we have never had an experience like this at any other nail salons. I'm never going back to that nail salon and strongly advise people to stay away from there as well.Read Less

Got a new set today. The prices advertised on their website NOT what they actually charge. Actually on average $10 more expensive. The woman who did my nails was ham handed and did not speak to me the entire time. From a distance, my nails look fine. But she didn't cut away my cuticles until after she applied the polish, and they will need to be filled sooner now. Polish is uneven at the base and she left my pinky finger bleeding with aggressive use of the dremel tool. She never even compared the hands to make sure each nail matched in length. She applied three coats and not very evenly. I can see air bubbles in five out of ten nails. No one can see it from a distance. But I can. I will not be returning. Read Less

Image nails is a really nice and clean place. I don't write reviews, but their prices are amazing! I've been going to Tanya for about a year and she has always done a great job. I've had gel nails in the past that were super thick or that only lasted for a week. When Tanya does them they look good and last for about 2 and a half weeks. Read Less
