The first time I went I got a pedicure and loved it, no complaints. The second time I got solar nails with shellac and it was a Friday with an hour left till closing and that's what it felt like. He rushed through it and they came out crooked and uneven. This past monday i went to get my fill and the service was excellent, the lady took her time and even when I was unsure of the color she said we can try it on one nail and if I didn't like it that I can change it. The man here did my pedicure. Very distracted, kept looking around listening to others conversations and wrapped up the whole regular pedicure in under 10 minutes. He was super rude and when I asked him why it was so quick- he asked me what I expected for a regular pedicure. That was it! I recently moved to Olathe and needed to find a place to get a pedicure so I looked up the reviews for area nail salons and asked my mother-in-law and all recommended Regal Nails at Walmart.  I'll admit I was initially turned off because of where it was located however today I needed that pedicure so I took the plunge and I was VERY satisfied.  The owner did a fantastic job and it was one of the most thorough and relaxing pedicures I have ever received.  Regal Nails will be my new salon!!! Lady dug at my big toe with cutticle cutters created a hang nail was trying to pull it off i was telling her it hurt to please stop after asking three times i finnally yanked my foot out her hand and put my flip flops on i was pist it hurt so bad my to was red and about to bleed had she continued to try and yank the skin and nail off that she damaged i am a licensed cosmetologist and this is against how we are trained. My daughter and I came in (ps we are regulars) to get her a full set and me just a simple manicure. I let my kiddo go first since hers would take the longest. I was told to sit at a table to get my manicure. My daughter was done with her full set and I still was sitting there. They took a person before me after i sat waiting and when I got up since my kiddo was already done then they come over and say your ready after they notice i was going to leave. I have been going faithfully to this shop this past year and I can say that I have always been satisfied with my service. Me and mom like to treat ourselves and we go get manis pedis or eyebrows. I went to get a fill. The sign outside said $15 for a fill. I brought my own nail polish which has never been an issue with any other salon, I brought white & bergandy & a matte. I went to an older gentleman, he filled my nails & they looked great until he got to the Polish part. The white clearly showed the nail still & the Polish did not cover the whole nail. He acted in a hurry & irritated, most of his attention was on the tv. He told me my nails were done & dry & I could go on my way. I went to help my mother bag her items, I put a loaf of bread in the bag & a box of cereal in the bag & when I looked at my nails 4 outta the 5's polish was pulled up & smeared. Meaning they weren't completely dry when he sent me on my way. I went back in explaining my problem & he yelled at me saying they looked like that because I used my polish rather than theirs...... but polish is polish right? I'm not understanding how it was my fault because he didn't put enough polish on my nail.... I would not go back nor would I recommend them to anybody. EVER. Completely un professional. Read Less

I have always chosen "BeBe Nails" as our family and my nail salon. An amazing atmosphere and they make you feel very included in everything. I have always felt like they really tried hard on your nails, and if you didn't like what you have, they'd fix it right up. Super friendly people. Great location too, after nails, I can go shopping right after, to Target. I give them 5 stars because they never give me a "nail horror story" or bad expierence. Read Less

First time I went, it was great. I forget the name of the lady who did my nails, but she was asian and in her 30s or 40s. She did a great job and asked multiple times throughout the process if I wanted anything changed. Second time I went, I needed to get my acrylic nails filled and one fixed. The guy who did my nails this time had the most agitated vibe throughout the whole process, he was rough, he mocked me when I said ow because he was being so rough with redoing the one nail that needed to be fixed (that finger still hurts and I have a high pain tolerance), and he then charged me twice the amount I was told it would cost to get my nails filled and have one fixed... I'm not one of those people who likes to make a big deal out of people being rude, but he made me feel like I was severely inconveniencing him and that he hated me for some reason I can't seem to discern. :'( Read Less

I've been going to Regal Nails and I always have Kevin due my nails. I have long nails and Kevin reinforces them when he does a special pattern french manicure. He and his wife are extremely talented when it comes to painting nail art also. And their pedicures are to die for. You need to go get pampered. Read Less

My friend and I came in yesterday around 12. Betty did my nails and did a beautiful job! We got mani/pedis and I got the gel French manicure and just a normal polish on my toes. Betty did my nails this evening- I walked in and she got started on me within about 10 minutes. She was very fun to talk to, very polite and did the best job on my nails/pedicure than I've had in many years. She did exactly what I wanted and was an extreme perfectionist- something I don't find in many nail techs. If something wasn't perfect she'd clean the nail up and redo it even if it was just because the gel wasn't laying as even as she'd like or had a hint of streaking since it was a lighter color. I've been coming here pretty regularly for spa pedicures. The last couple times I got gel polish and I love how great they look. The husband and wife who work here are very nice and do a good job. It seems every time I've been here, no matter how busy they look, they get me in very quickly.They're located inside the Walmart on 135th & Blackbob. I will let you know that after a week and a half 3 of my nails fell off and they wouldn't refund me at all because it had been pass a week. I wouldn't go there due to the fact the nails are not done professionally and you'll just waste money like I did. I spent $45 and all I got was crappy nails that fell off. Read Less
