My pedi was good. It would have been super enjoyable as a mom that is with her kids 24/7 and this was the first time in about 6 months I have gotten a pedi, wax and nails done. However there was an employee's child screaming yelling and making ambulance noises and yelling the alphabet the whole time. It was so loud I ended up with a headache instead of relaxing. Then the lady I had told me gel polish was extra. So I chose a different color. She brought over 2 bottles. I picked the one that wasn't gel and handed it to her. She put it on my toes. We went over to do my nails. I am assuming someone that had an appointment with her showed up because that lady sat right next to me and then she started bouncing between me and this other gal. Then her appointment had to wait about 15 minutes while she painted my nails. The color required quite a few coats so you couldn't see through. The lady doing my nails got in a hurry and didnt di them very well. I can see through the polish. It is very light and also one nail was messed up. She also gave me my total and didnt even do my eyebrow wax and then charged me 15 dollars extra for gel nails that I didnt even want or realize she had put on my nails. I dont even know what the difference is nor did I care. They did not make me pay for the gel but they were rude and rolled their eyes at me when I started that I didnt even pick a gel polish. So beware about what they are using. I will never go here again I would reccomend mazees in Gardner. Read Less

I have originally used this place to get my eyebrows done and always enjoyed the staff, super nice and welcoming... then I wanted to explore more, I will never go anywhere else for all my beauty needs, great pedicures and the massages with those, amazing, a little ticklish, but so worth it... they exceed my expectations everytime and make my nails and feet beautiful... everytime I walk out of there, I feel beautiful!! My daughter got a mani-pedi here. She and I both thought the visit went great. This place is clean. People are friendly. It doesn’t smell like nail polish remover or nail polish, which gives me headaches. I have been to places where the associates are rude, communication is poor and service is not great! The service here was fantastic. Communication with the associates was easy. He was friendly and made small talk, which made my daughter feel good. Her nails looked great afte...r the associate was done. He took his time and made her feel pampered. A great first visit at this salon. The prices were affordable and made since for the service. I recommend this salon over many nail salons I have visited. As for reviews from others. I think people who are in a hurry and expect to be serviced right away is asking too much. If you can’t wait schedule an appointment or feel free to go somewhere else, but you will any quicker service with nice people and the good service you would have gotten from here. Also keep in mind those who scheduled an appointment will be placed ahead of the walk-ins and just expect that sometimes they may be running a little behind due to one of the associates not showing up that day. This happens in all salons, occasionally, so be prepared to spend an hour or 2. Loyal customer from the day they opened. Too many occasions when an appointment was made and I had to wait because they took a walk in right before my appointment. Spoke with Tu about it several times. Yesterday was final visit as I was voicing my frustration for myself and another customer Tu (owner) told me if I wasn’t happy I should go somewhere else. I came home with four nails bleeding and a crooked pinky nail. It was supposed to be my relaxation after a long rough week and now I have open wounds on my fingers. The customer service isnt the best. They constantly walk off and do other things. One of the workers had head phones in and he was on the phone the whole time I was there! They do great work when the staff is focused but once they get busy forget it. Need more staff available. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. Read Less

Not horrible not great. If you get the white male that works here turn around and leave! He is horrible. His work is not good, he has no customer service skills, and he listened to his music with both headphones in the whole time. He was not polite at all. The only saving grace was Heidi she is great! If you like this place you must never had a good manicure and pedicure. This place is awful ! They did very bad job. I left with some nail polish on my toes it's hard to describe but it does not look good. My cuticles was ripped off my skin and now it looks like I haven't done my manicure for long period of time. Never go there to waist your money! I am pretty easy going but what they did is just not good. They don't care about their clients all they want is just to get their job done and get your money. I've had some experiences here before that I let slide but this time is totally not acceptable. I've gotten my nails done here quite often and never really had a bad experience. I'm usually getting my nails done by Heidi (which she is amazing). I was recently paired with the main owner, Tu, and he's done my set of acrylics 2 weeks ago. I went in to get them fixed tonight and he seemed pissy that I needed one nail fixed but anyways he charged me to get ONE FINGER fixed and had a rude attitude about it and complained because my nails were to long and that's why it broke. I've never been so unsatisfied with a manicure before. I got a gel manicure and my nails are lumpy with black specks. After seeing this i asked if the lady could fix them and all she did was take off the top layer with a nail filer. Incredibly disappointing customer service and attention to detail. Read Less

Is there a zero for absolutely terrible customer service? This was the owner who treated us terribly!! Apparently didn't have us on the schedule and played it off like he did. Not enough staff, felt rushed, left my nieces feet in the water for over 40 min. Not once apologized and admit to their mistake. Very disappointed because the Indiv who did our pedis were super sweet and did great work!! Thank you Johnathan, Linda and staff. On Saturday, I went in for my first time to Frenchy's to get my nails and feet done. I just moved across town and was hoping to find a place to go close by. IF I ever go back, I will certainly not have Linda again. She was so rough with the emery board trying to get the gel off of my fingers that she ripped the skin off in 3 spots ...one was even bleeding. She kept forgetting and put chemicals on it and making me cry out. She even told me once that I had scared her...seriously? She was hurting me! I have tried to talk to the owner several times but when I call he/she's not there. When I went in after being told he/she would be there all day, he/she wasn't. So now daily I am reminded what happened because the sores hurt everytime I use soap or hit them accidently. Read Less

Meh. I am giving them two stars only because it was a nice location it was clean and they got me right in. However they did not ask me what type of manicure pedicure I wanted, they had three to choose from and I would have upgraded had I been asked. They did not trim my nails and barely file them so when I left I still had rough edges. I also did not get any massage with my manicure, and that's my favorite part! I did get a simple design for Halloween and it was very mediocre they did not add any glitter or jewels to it like I asked and then they did not do any on my fingers. All in all I spent over $50 for a manicure and pedicure that was just so so. I will not be going back and I will tell people I know to pick a different place. Read Less
