This place was "highly" recommended by 2 different friends of mines and what a disappointment!!! The person that started to do my pedicure was obviously not someone that knew what he was doing and I simply asked " would it be ok if I get someone else" the receptionist spoke with the " main lady" and the lady was just yelling from across the entire shop!! " he is experienced" and " it will be a LONG while before you can get seen" when I noticed that they just continued to ramble about why it was such a bother to have the person changed, I just advised the receptionist " it is ok it seems that the customer's choice here do not matter! I always very much liked this place. The people had always been very sweet and had done a fabulous job. I went there recently to get my nails done for my wedding. The lady who did my nails didn't even talk to me and was very distracted. The lady that did my toe nails was fabulous though. They were very busy that day so I just had contributed the lack of communication with that. The day of I had three nails peel off completely and also noticed that none of my nails were even. The next day all of the nails but one peeled off. I called to advise of this and was told this is because I didn't get gel. I made an appointment to get them fixed and was told I had to come in asap to get them fixed. I made an appointment but had to cancel as my wedding is in two days and I simply do not have time (have other appointments) and had not planned for this to happen. I called to try to work with them to see my options and was told I could not get a refund, no one apologized that this happened and did not even seem to care that it did. I asked if I could get my nails done after my wedding and this was agreed upon but they seemed very angry and annoyed with me. I stayed on the line to schedule a future appointment but was hung up on. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and will not go back. This was my favorite place. Read Less

Have been a customer for several years and I cannot believe some of the reviews on here.  The owners and family at Bella Nails are wonderful people. My usual nail technician is very busy and my schedule is not always such that I can book appointments in advance, so sometimes when I call she does not have an appointment for nails and toes.  I say this because I have had several different technicians do my pedicure and they all have been wonderful.  I would and have referred friends and family here and will continue to do so.  I would suggest that you not believe some of the bad reviews and make an appointment for yourself. AWFUL PLACE!! STAY AWAY!! I was charged $72 for gel to be placed over my natural nail. Specifically stated that's all I wanted and the girl placed a gel build up on my nail which they claim is $72. Called five other nail salons they compete with and the price for gel build up ranges from $35 to $40. The owner, Becky, is a complete joke. Rude and incompetent. Take your business elsewhere! I don't generally like to do negative reviews but I feel this needs to be shared with potential customers for this salon.  I use to really like this salon but their lack of professionalism has caused them to lose a customer. I was an every two week customer for the past year and I missed one appointment time due to something far more important than my nail appointment---my family. I went in a couple weeks ago 10 minutes late for an appointment time they changed on me two hours before my appointment, when I entered the salon my nail tech Jasmine told me that she didn't have time to do my nails and eyebrows. Now, I had a long morning because my husband's grandmother had passed and we were preparing to leave town the next day, so I just got my nail fixed, eyebrows waxed and was on my way. It actually gave me time to run some last minutes errands. So fast forward to today, I placed another appointment online last night (like I usually do) and I get a call from the receptionist this morning stating that my nail tech, Jasmine (who I have been faithful to with no complaints or attitude) and her aunt, Mylan, are no longer comfortable doing my nails because I had ONE missed appointment and because Jasmine thought I had an attitude at my last appointment. Now, I was only in the shop 20-30 minutes my last visit and SHE (Jasmine) seemed very irritated but I choked it up as maybe she was having a bad day, and quietly got my nail fixed and eyebrows waxed. I walked out of the shop with no hard feelings, with the desire to return for another appointment in two weeks, as I usually do. I have been nothing but KIND to Mylan, I did miss an appointment and forgot to call but I don't think that warrants a "I am uncomfortable doing your nails" statement. I even remembered to bring in a tip for Mylan because I didn't have cash, and she can't get a tip via credit card. So, I brought the tip on my next appointment and handed it to her. Again, never had an offensive word to say, always kind and actually enjoyed my biweekly nail appointments. I think the statement was very strong and simply uncalled for...if they had a problem with my missed appointment that's could pulled me over and told me so and I would have understood and made sure to cancel my appointments going forward. The way the handled their concerns was unprofessional and not necessary for a customer they see regularly and laugh and smile with on every occasion. And then to ask me if I wanted someone else to do my nails, if I made them so uncomfortable why do you want me back in your shop...huh...NO THANKS!!! So I was thinking I'll pay more and have a good job. I went in Thursday and paid $52 with tip and I got dip nails well the dip polish came off in 5 days so what happened and they chipped and coming off so I called and explained it he said they can only fix it if you come now. So I rushed over and I had to get them fixed because I have a dinner party this weekend. I was like well maybe I'll get a nude color so if they don't last like this time I won't be as obvious as my wine colored nails before. So I did was looking at polish owner told me I can't change the color or she won't do it. I said then can I just have my money back and she said they don't give refund and the owner was so mad she had to redo them Becky didn't even speak to me the whole time. She spoke to the other tech who did Them 5 days ago in their language who knows what they were saying about me and she pointed to me when I needed to put them in front of the dryer and said she isn't going to do a gel top coat. And literally walked about the front door, I saw her come back with things from the gas station. I'm super disappointed that was my favorite place. Always very pleased with the services provided.  I have never had a bad service here and my nails always look perfect.  I've tried others on occasion only because I was out of town or in an extreme time crunch to get them done.   I will never go anywhere else.  I asked for a special design once with a KU nail sticker and Becky was more than happy to help me achieve the look I was going for, she went above and beyond for me on that visit!  The owners and staff are very friendly and professional and I continue to look forward to my next opportunity to visit them! First I would like to state that I don't write bad reviews unless absolutely necessary, and in this case it is necessary. I went to this disappointing nail salon based on the recommendation of a friend, whose nails I thought looked superb. Booking online was easy enough, but I have learned my lesson about not having a preference on the nail tech. I got a pedicure which was not worth what I paid. My feet looked awful the following day with skin flaking off as if I hadn't just had a pedicure done (I ended up having to fix this at home). I got a full acrylic set done as well. The FIRST time I got it done there were big blobs of acrylic at the end of a few of my nails, both the nails on my index fingers (and if I'm being honest several other fingers) weren't completely attached, and the acrylic that was done on the rest of the nails was super thick making my finger nails look like they were swollen. The only redeeming quality of this place is that when I called to voice my concerns on my nails they offered I come in to have it fixed for free by a different nail tech, to which I obliged (even though it's super out of the way to drive back to for me). She did a good job fixing the mess that was made, however...... instead of replacing all the nails that were so poorly done she just filed them down, evened them out and re-painted them without having me wash off the "dust" from filing them.......... Those nails then only last a week... I will not be returning to this salon ever ever ever due to the poor quality, rushed feeling, and damage inducing service (my nails and cuticles were horrendously damaged) they provided. Also just to note, this is not the first time I have had my nails done in this manner - I do know what good quality acrylic nails should look and feel like. I have been coming to Bella Nails for over 10 years now. I love the owners they are such great people and have always taken care of me and done a phenomenal job on my nails. Being a cosmetologist myself I am very picky and knew what to look for in a nail salon and the quality of work. I have watched this salon grow and always feel welcomed and love the decor and atmosphere! It is always clean and kept up to date. I go to Becky and Jasmin and they are such creative nail designers. I just tell them what color's I want and they always do something fun and that fits me and I always get tons of compliments on my nails! Read Less

ZERO STARS! My daughter and I got gel manicures two months ago there. We both started having trouble with the gel peeling off within a week to ten days. I called and was told "it happens" and to come in and they will redo them, but when I returned to town the owner said she would NOT redo our nails. It's two months later and my nails are still ruined from them. They are so weak I have to keep them very short. If a nail tech is too lazy or impatient to wait a few minutes to soak off your polish and instead pulls out a Dremmel to mechanically file down your nails, RUN. It was bad enough to have such terrible work done there but then for the owner to be so rude. Terrible service, terrible. I feel like the five star review must be faked to boost their numbers. I've had a really great experience here overall. The staff is super friendly and kind. Lynn is my favorite nail tech. They have all sorts of selections for nail services. I love that they have such a thorough wall of gel polish! I got a gel change for $29 and their gel selection is overwhelming in a great way! If anything happens with your nails the staff is more than happy to fix it if you come back in! Definitely a great salon! Book ahead of time, but they accommodate walk ins. They sucked. I payed 70 dollars for a small design on my ring fingers and a gel full set. The guy (johnny?) Did not know what he was doing and my nails were really wavy and uneven. And he hardly listened to what I was saying  (or maybe didn't understand) and got the colors wrong. I should have said something right away but I had never gotten them done before. When I went back and complained a couple days later  they still made me pay 20 dollars to get them fixed and the color changed. They looked good after that. But they were too thin because a couple of days later two of them cracked. I ended up going elsewhere and will not go back! Read Less

Salon clean. Employees nice. I'm from California so nails are a big statement there. First off, I paid $50 for a new full set of pink and whites. I DO NOT even pay that at home. Secondly, they did not have a hot pink acrylic. I understand people have their own style of nails, but my nails looks more like a natural nail than a pink and white set.
