I went and had a mani & a pedi today, which i don't get very often. The girl was very nice, but I'm so disappointed in the service i received. She cut way down on the sides of my toenails. Both big toes were bleeding. The paint job is awful. On my nails, i left with 4 of them bleeding. My nails are hard to grow, but i had them grown out to a nice length. I told her i wanted to keep the length, just shape them. Now i have no nails and they're all kinds of shapes and the paint job is horrible on them. No i didn't complain, just paid and left. I do NOT recommend this place.

Didn’t give me what I want at all, didn’t take their time and cut me several times with the nail filer, they were rough with my nails. Never going back again.

This salon does well, but there is usually only one person working. They "act" like they take appointments, but never remember your appointment. It's basically walk in only, and your wait can be none, to 20 minutes, or even a lot longer! Again, he does good work, but if you don't have time to wait, it can get frustrating. The salon is also set to move to an unknown location June 2018!

Worst place ever....got my nails done there and when I told her what style I wanted and she nodded her head as if she understood. She didn't give me what I wanted and she cut me with a nail file....the fact that they keep something in their kit to stop cuts from bleeding makes me question their professionalism. Will never go back again....
Plus I got then done 3 days ago and they're already pulling from my natural nails...

The pedicures are super. The two girls have been very sweet and professional My toes look great and feet so smoothed and sanded. Love the leg massage that goes with the pedicure, Great experience.....

I ONLY get my nails done at this salon. The gentleman that works there does a great job every time and they always have the newest products.

I never have a problem here. They are always fast, friendly and attentive. It is clean, and you always are charged the same amount for the same service unlike other places in town that it's different ...

I had several manicures several years ago at this salon and was pleased and it was close to my home. Was pleased with my manicure, etc and set up another appointment in 2 weeks. Called the morning of the appointment to confirm and was told the girl my appointment was with did not work that day, but they would take me in plenty of time so I could make it to a haircut appointment following my nail appointment. We allowed 1 hour. When I arrived, another 'walk in' had taken my spot. I reminded them I had limited time. After waiting 30 minutes I asked if there was time to complete me.The owner (I'm presuming) and the manicurist started to argue in there native language which ended in a face to face screaming confrontation, presumably about me. Not only was I uncomfortable but the other ladies in the salon must have been uncomfortable. Finally, I was told to make a future appointment. I had driven 30 minutes to get there and was leaving on a business trip the next day. At the very least, I should have been apologized to and offered a free manicure in the future. I was happy with my nails, but won't be choosing this salon!

The worst. I got tired of my fingers being knicked with the drill. It hurts and leaves them ugly.
Take a little time and do it right.
Never go back for my nails.

They did a horrible job. My nails were put on crooked, he yanked my hands around. He put them on so badly that my new salon had to do a lot of repair work. I will NEVER go there again!

I went and had a mani & a pedi today, which i don't get very often. The girl was very nice, but I'm so disappointed in the service i received. She cut way down on the sides of my toenails. This salon does well, but there is usually only one person working. They "act" like they take appointments, but never remember your appointment. It's basically walk in only, and your wait can be none, to 20 minutes, or even a lot longer! Again, he does good work, but if you don't have time to wait, it can get frustrating. The salon is also set to move to an unknown location June 2018!

She didn't give me what I wanted and she cut me with a nail file....the fact that they keep something in their kit to stop cuts from bleeding makes me question their professionalism. Will never go back again....
