As a military spouse I am used to having to frequently change stylists. So I am pretty understandable. However, when I arrived for my color and cut, I did not receive any of the services I requested.... correctly, anyway. I asked for brown coloring similar to what it was naturally and cut to clean up the split ends (not even a new style). I left with red, very red, hair that was cut unevenly and still remained with split ends. Not to mention the bangs that were supposed to be long, were cut to my eyebrows with one snip of the scissors. The stylist put 4, let me repeat that, 4 layers of color on my hair. When I started questioning in the 2nd layer of color, she didn't skip a beat. I'll be lucky if it doesn't all fall out. When I spoke with salon manager, her response was simply to have a consultation with my stylist to discuss what could be done better next time. Next time. Ah, no ma'am. So, 3 hours and $175 later, I will happily recommend you go elsewhere for your services. The hair services provided, customer service, and rescue (attempt) were all unacceptable. Read Less
