Small shop with very friendly service. The staff remeber their clients well and will ask when you haven't been in for a while. When my daughters an I walked in we were stared at and the guy at the front desk was rude. We were told they were backed up but the salon had plenty of people that worked there that was just sitting .We were also told they didnt except walkins but when we called ahead we were told that they did. I've been to this nail salon many times, and I like the work, but the customer service and wait times are ridiculous. I spent 4 hours trying to get a pedicure and a fill with an appointment! The tech would start my service, then stop halfway through to go work on someone else. I've been getting my nails done for about 15 years, and I've never seen a salon that functioned in this manner. The techs are rude, the services are rushed and poor quality, the salon is carpeted (which is highly unsanitary, who knows what is in that carpet), and the wait times are outrageous especially considering I've always had an appointment. K's Nails overbooks and it took me 2 hours and 15 minutes for a shellac manicure and a pedicure with a 3 pm appointment.  I like their work but the time it takes to get it done is not right.  They don't say no to anyone coming through the door as a walk-in or appointment.  Two workers cannot service 5 or 6 people at the same time. Had a 1:30 appointment they were busy i suggested that I start soaking in the chair for my pedi. The guy was like no we will start your nails 1st. Then someone walks in after 1:30 he puts here in a chair to start her pedi. Can we say terrible customer service. I am not sure what factors took place here but I just feel that if you own a business and something like this happens the you should go and explain this to your customer. I didn't cause a scene I just think that this is piss poor customer service. I am the type of person who will pay more to have better service.  Not returning back. Decent nail salon, clean, friendly.  Kim does a good job and is quick - if you want to see her you should make an appt.  The older lady is very friendly and sweet, she is a bit slower but does a good job.  All in all this is your run of the mill nail salon and they do a decent to good job, but nothing to write home about. Very clean and friendly...good nail polishes and good customer service. They are normally busy so it's best to make an appointment. I walked in the first time and they still took me in.  Since I visit my sister at least 4 times a year, this will be my nail shop in Kansas. Read Less
