I have been to this place multiple times, and up until my last visit, I'd consider this a subpar nail salon. Now, I will never return again. I have been getting acrylics regularly for about 5 months now, getting them filled at Infinity or my regular place at home in KC. The KC place always does a great job, but when I get my nails filled at Infinity, they always chip, pop off, or separate from my nail.
On my last visit, I called to make an appointment over 24 hours in advance. I arrived about 15 minutes early, picked my color, and waited until they called me. The tech was extremely cold and didn't offer me a beverage (which they always do!). I came in with a broken nail, and I was told by the tech (long, braided, silver hair) that there was no time to fix it. She tried to convince me to switch from my normal fill to gel because of the lack of time to fix my nail ($12 more expensive). When I refused the gel, she grew mad and treated me with no respect the rest of the time. While working on my hands, she would jerk them instead of being gentle, and she finished in about 15 minutes.
After 7 days, the acrylic has already separated at the cuticle, when I can go three weeks with acrylic from my home salon.

They are so great at what they do and so professional! I took my mother in for a late mother’s day surprise and I was nervous as I have never been before and we are VERY picky with how our nails are done. We left so satisfied! My mom and I have no complaints whatsoever. They were very time efficient & friendly & very professional. I wish I found them before. It was money well spent. Definitely recommend.

Top notch nail salon. Friendly and professional customer service, talented technicians and clean and modern atmosphere. I got a shellac pedi and full set and I am so pleased with the quality and result. Very comfortable atmosphere. Will continue to go here from now on! I live in JC but it's worth the drive! Everyone needs to get their nails done here!

This salon is the best I have been to. I have been injured before at other salons in my past and that has never happened here. I always make appointments with Kin. She is the nicest and most professional nail technician I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I always get acrylics with shellac or just a shellac fill on my current set. Every time I leave the store I am so happy with the color and quality of my nails. They always last a long time and my color has never chipped. The only times I’ve broken an acrylic off was from being rough at work where I am constantly doing things with hands so it was my own fault.
Sometimes I wait a little longer than my set appointment time but I honestly don’t mind. The store is always busy because they are good at what they do and people know it so they go there. I would rather wait a little longer there than go to another salon. The wait is definitely worth it. The entire staff acts professionally and are very kind and helpful. They know their products well and always help me pick the best color when I can’t decide myself.
I highly recommend Infinity nail salon and my favorite nail technician Kin to anyone looking for a quality manicure in Manhattan!

I got a fill here and haven't been able to afford another one, and this fill has lasted me a MONTH without any nails breaking (I filed them down a bit and that's all.) Probably the best fill I've ever had, while also being very efficient and fast. When I get some extra cash I will be returning for a much-needed fill.

Been coming here since the spring, still new to nails. All of the women are wonderful, I usually end up with the owner, the petite girl with dark hair and a tattoo on her arm. She is quiet while she works but always double checks on the length and shape to make sure i like it. I was especially impressed with Kin, woman with blonde pixy hair cut. She pays so much attention to detail, she spent a lot of time making sure the underside of my nail looked as presentable as the top. I usually bring my 12 and 5 year old daughter's with me, and Kin is super sweet with them and engaged in conversation with them while she does their nails and makes them feel super special. I haven't been to Hong yet, long blonde hair, but I have a friend that faithfully follows her wherever she works.

Called and made an appointment. Got there on time and sat there for literally 25 minutes after. Even when some nail techs were done with other clients they still ignored the fact we were waiting. Finally was seen and told the nail tech what I wanted but was treated rudely for what I wanted. During getting my nails done my nails were burning so bad from my cuticles being cut so much. Overall an awkward and bad experience. I'm so disappointed because the first time I went was the most fun I've had In a nail shop

Been here a couple times now for pedicures & took my friend yesterday. She did a French tip toe and it looked beautiful when finished! Mine is beautiful as well, solid polish. Their business is very clean and professional. We watched as they used all new tools, threw away used scrubbers after, and were cleaning our wash bins before our polish was even dry. They are very polite and professional as well. They offer a few different options for pedicures and even the basic one includes more than just a simple soak and polish with a little nail cleanup. They took care of my ingrown toenails which made me super happy too! The massage chairs rock and the controllers work. Both ladies had a nice conversation with my friend and me which was nice. They do walk ins and appointments. Overall still satisfied here!

Love this place! The staff/owners of this nail salon are the friendliest I've ever encountered. Not only are they super funny and personable, they remember you! I visit my mom here in Kansas and the owner remembered my name and the design I had 4 months earlier! That's awesome service and they are very inviting. Beyond being friendly, they are killer nail artists. They can create anything you show them and I recommend letting them put their own twist on a design because you will not be disappointed!

I have been to this place multiple times, and up until my last visit, I'd consider this a subpar nail salon. Now, I will never return again. I have been getting acrylics regularly for about 5 months now, getting them filled at Infinity or my regular place at home in KC. Been coming here since the spring, still new to nails. All of the women are wonderful, I usually end up with the owner, the petite girl with dark hair and a tattoo on her arm. I visit my mom here in Kansas and the owner remembered my name and the design I had 4 months earlier! That's awesome service and they are very inviting.
