So this is my first time in awhile getting my nails done. I decided to do the white French tip fake nails, since I hadn't done it in forever. And omg the nice lady who did mine was amazing, and the other two ladies in the store were hilarious and it's just all around good. My sister in law is getting shellac, and the lady doing hers is gentle and making sure she's not hurting her and asking before doing things. Same with the lady who did mine. I am so in love with my nails, I received so many compliments while getting my nails done and one customer wanted to get her nails the same as mines after seeing my nails. This is the only place I go to get a pedicure. I love this salon and have been coming here regularly since 2011! They never have you wait too long and the prices are reasonable. I won't even bother putting really any stars considering they totally tore up my nails when I specifically told them to soak them off. The lady told me "it takes too long to soak them off" but they weren't in any hurry considering I was the only person that was in there. I was in pain the whole entire time when they were ripping off my nails. I had even had a new set put on by them a few weeks ago and it didn't even last a full 2 fills before my nails started breaking. The lady also told me that ripping off the nails doesn't even hurt many people, well obviously she has never had that done because it hurts like hell! I left only to realize I had paid $10 for them to rip up my nails and not even get the old acrylic all off, I went back and the lady seemed all snobby and pissed that I showed back up. I have been doing fake nails for a few years now and this was one of the most terrible nail places I have ever been. My nails are so torn up she didn't even know if I'd be able to wear fake nails again for a while. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, service was terrible and so was they lady working on my nails. My story: I had my nails done in North Carolina and it was a disaster. Acrylic white tip with a small amount of sparkle. The tips yellowed and they weren't the right shape ECT! Just a horrible job. BUT..Forever 21 Nails fixed them today and I believe she was the owner who did my nails. She did a fantastic job. Not too expensive. $25 for a fill, shape fix, and painted the tips with gel. I got a pedi here with my niece and a fill as well.  The place is so small and was incredibly packed.  This is the second place in town where I wanted ombré French and made appointment.  This place too "didn't have time" for that.   No after a rushed pedi with no massage and her polish last 3 days.  Mine a week.  We won't be back. I have been getting my nails done here for almost a year and I leave the salon impressed every time! Hailey does a wonderful job and always does exactly what I'm thinking. I came in to get a fill as I wasn't satisfied with the place I originally went to and Alex transformed my nails into exactly what I wanted ! She re-shaped them and took the time to do exactly what I asked. I have found my nail salon in Manhattan. I called just now and I just had questions about pricing. I've been going to the same person for years in another town and I explained that I don't know the difference between a full set or fill. My girl just always takes care of me. The woman sounded frustrated when sharing pricing to me and then she said something and I didn't quite hear her and she proceeded to re explain pricing as if I was stupid. I said I wasn't trying to be difficult, I just didn't understand and she then got more upset and said if you don't want to come here, you don't have to. Let me tell you...I live in "Junktown" Junction City and I will travel 30 minutes to the next town, Manhattan, ANY DAY, to get my nails done right! All I gotta do is call for an appt and I'm in the seat and out in less then 30 minutes when I'm doin my nails. Mani/pedi maybe about an hour or so but you don't want perfection rushed. "My" nail salon is always very friendly, CLEAN and professional! Everyone gives me compliments on my nails. When I say everyone, I mean men and women. People actually recognize me by my nails. One of my acrylic nails got filed down way shorter than all of the others, my nail tech didn't say hardly anything to me the entire time I was there and they came off within a week rather than 2 weeks like any others I've had. The only thing I liked was the color of my nails. Read Less

Poor customer service despite the fact that they know how to do various nail arts and designs. Customers should be treated with respect. The one she-male makes inappropriate comments and always has a attitude and makes it very clear when she is talking about you in her first language. Unprofessional but these days you can't expect much from people who feel because they have little to no competition that makes up for how they treat people. WRONG. I recently enjoyed a pedicure here & I'd have to say honestly it was ok. Being from California where nail salons are everywhere this salon almost met the standard. The massage could have been better & longer but other than that it was just fine. I would have to say the ventilation inside could have been better the smelled of acetone was strong. Read Less

THIS IS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!!! I've had my nails done for years and I've gone a lot of places... this place IS the best! I came in 4 days before my wedding and was immediatly sat down and helped.
