By far the worst place we’ve been too. My daughter got Acrylic nails and they looked beautiful. But within the first week they started popping off. By one week 1 day they had all popped off. They did offer to redo them. Went back in and they look horrible. They are all not shaped the same. None are the same length. They are rough. And told us if they break within a couple days they will fix them, but after a week they can’t do anything about it next time. There won’t be a next time. Read Less

This has been my go to spot for a few months and have always been happy with the outcome. But today jonnhy (idk if i spelled that right) went above and beyond my previous experiences. He filled and reshaped my nails back to the shape I wanted faster than any of my previous visits. Literally the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. First the man who started was one of the rudest human beings I have ever interacted with, snapping his fingers at the client before me telling her he needed payment now. He turned my water on, it was EXTREMELY hot, I let him know, then he turned it on ice cold. I let him know again, he acted as though it was a big interference. While getting the pedicure, when he was done with one foot, slapped my leg in very unprofessional way. My fiancé even commented on it. I could of done a better job at home with Dollar Tree nail polish. And the tools are filthy. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to come here. Read Less

Great job but pricey! I just relocated from Atlanta where I'm used to only paying $25 for an SNS manicure. Here was almost twice as much! Combine that with a $50 deluxe pedicure, this was probably the most expensive salon visit I've had EVER. But with that said, I will say the service was exceptional and I really liked how my nails came out. It's a tiny shop, but I didn't have to wait at all (I called ahead to make sure) and Holly, who actually did my nails was great! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is solely due to how pricey it is, but they really did a good job. Oh! and they had a great SNS color selection too. This is easily the worst mani-pedi I have ever recieved.  The only thing that could have possibly made this experience worse would be an infection.  I give them 1 star for having nail polish, which, by the way, does not include cuticle softener and remover, base coat or even warm water to soak your nails in.  I came home with nail polish on on my toes (not just the nails) and two hands full of hangnails, crooked, barely filed nails and a really bad attitude.  Save your time, money and sanity and stay away.  I know they were busy but short cutting on services and pushing people through is bad business.  If you decide to ignore this review please try and kill the flies while you are there.  It will keep you entertained while you suffer through the services and offer a better experience for the next customer.  I forgot my swatter at home. I just walked in to get a gel polish removal. Not only did the technician cut my nails painfully short after soaking my nails for way too long, they ended up adding an additional $5 to my bill and claimed that's how I tipped the technician.I wouldn't tip $6 on a $5 service and when I called to get refunded they gave me the run around and have not refunded my money. Fast service and quality job. I have been coming here since I've been in Kansas the last 5+ years and even after I have tried other nail salons around I never leave here unhappy with my nails or pedicure. If they are busy they will have you sign in and put down your number while you walk around the mall, once they have an open spot they call you. I'm giving two stars because of customer service! I went in there two weeks ago the girl that did my nails was great and my nails turned out great , but when I walked in the woman asked what I needed and then mumbled wen telling me where to sit so I sat in the chair she pointed to then this man who seemed to be taking up space than anything comes over and yells she said two not three so I move over to the chair in shock and when the woman starts working on my nails he starts talking/flirting with this Hispanic girl ( he in his 50's and her not even out of high school)  then he goes off asking her about her boyfriend and how her boyfriend needs to pay and by the time I am done with my nails ( which looked great I might add) he took my money and got mad that I headed the tip to the woman that did my nails . I'll give them 2 start for the comfy massage chair, nail tech was talking on his phone on speaker during my entire pedicure, not relaxing. He also didn't listen when I told him he was using someone else's color on my Toes. Never again. Read Less

I was in a frantic to get my nails done at the last minute for a wedding and everywhere I went was booked or long, long wait times and I was desperate.. One of the salon owners even snapped at me for not making an appt if I knew I was going to a wedding..so I left and I decided to try Cali Nails and they had a ton of people as well but the owner assured me he would be able to take care of me and I thought to myself with all these people infront of me, my nails would probably come out like crap if he were to rush everyone thru. But, I gave it a chance since I didn't have a choice and waited. It was but only 10 minute wait and they did my mani and pedi in great time for me to get to the wedding in time and my nails looked beautiful.. they came to my rescue! Ok so moved here and figured the mall would be the safest place for a pedi. Well the digging that took place hopefully does not land me at the doctors I am soaking in Epsom salt as I write this. Polish was sloppy and I agree with Kelly did not see the disinfectant anywhere! If u r reading this you are an informed consumer and I would say walk away! I give this place 0 out of 5 stars (although I had to click one star to post). My nails were filed sooo short and sooo crooked. It actually looks like there are huge chunks taken out of one side of each nail. The polish is very uneven and needed at least one more coat. Will not be going back. Read Less
