I was charged $26 for a buff and polish, when it clearly stated on the website as costing $7-$13. When I called to inquire about the over charge, I was told that the website was incorrect. After adamantly asking for clarification between charging $26 for a buff and polish and $35 for a full pedicure, the technician told me she "was just an employee" and could not give me clarification. I was offered a refund, so went back into the salon, however, I was not acknowledged THE OWNER . I have to say that being my first visit to Avalon, it will also be my last. Honesty and admittance of fault means a lot and this business doesn't know the definition of either.

Got a spray tan for my sorority formal and it was the best quality spray tan I have ever gotten. The staff was so friendly and I will definitely be going back to my hair, nails and spray tan needs.

I have heavy wavy-to-curly hair and have struggled for years to find someone who can cut it the way that I like. Chelsey did a fantastic job. She listened well to what I liked and didn't like about my previous style, made some suggestions, and then did exactly what we talked about. She was careful and attentive to her work. This is the best cut I've had in years.

Been coming to Tracy for my haircuts since I was a kid. The ladies are always nice, and I can try a new style from whomever whenever I like. Be prepared to do about a week out when needing a trim.

This is the worse salon EVER! The staff is so rude and the owner is so pretenious that I will never return and make sure no one I ever know makes the mistake of going. My hair lookrd awful! You would think the tiger stripes frome 2001 came back in style with how awful they are at doing hair. The salon make look nice on the outside, but make no mistake considering the attitude and skill of the employees it's just awful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME AT THIS JOKE OF A SALON.

She listened well to what I liked and didn't like about my previous style, made some suggestions, and then did exactly what we talked about. She was careful and attentive to her work. This is the best cut I've had in years.
