I just love Tracy and everyone that works at this nail salon. They always are happy to accommodate me and so pleasurable to visit with. The atmosphere is very relaxing with great music and great care. I feel like I am going to family when I go there. Beautiful nails are always what I end up with and if there is ever any problem, they fix immediately. You won't be disappointed if you go here.

These ladies are awesome! After being in there only once, they remembered my new when I returned and what I liked. Steady stream of people in and out. They accept walk-ins I've noticed that when I'm there, most of the people coming in and out are there for appointments that were already scheduled. Lots of regulars. The staff are super nice and are fun to talk with while being pampered. The shop is inviting and comfortable.

Nice staff, but was underwhelmed by both my mani and my pedi. Mani lasted approximately 10 minutes (zero massage) and my polish was diluted and all bubbly. Pedi lasted about 20 minutes (zero massage, and let's be honest, that's the main reason I get a pedi!) and my feet feel just as rough as when I went in. Was hoping this one would be a winner since it's so close to my home, but unfortunately I will be looking elsewhere.

My first experience there resulted in a return trip. Within 12 hours my manicure started chipping. I returned and they fixed it, but again within 24 hours my manicure began chipping. I'm supposed to have wedding photos today and now I have to have my nails done again. I will not be returning here.

There used to be someone here that I loved and she did an amazing job... Any other time I've gone in though it feels like the women working would rather do anything else but your nails. It's a little uncomfortable. They also still use UV lamps for gel manicures and I have found that they never last two weeks like the LED gel manicures I've received elsewhere.

I went to the location at 95th and Antioch. The first time I visited this salon I was impressed with how clean it was. The young lady who did my nails was obviously not very experienced. She did "burn" me with the filing drill several times but she was very nice. I was pleased overall with the manicure and returned a second time. The next time I got the same girl and asked for a gel fill. As soon as I got home the entire surface of the nail was crackly. My Mom needed a fill so we made an appointment for first thing Sunday morning. They took me in immediately and Mom was in the waiting area. Instead of taking both of us at the same time they had the other techs taking new walk ins and made Mom wait until my tech was done with me. We walked out and Mom never got her nails done. I vowed not to go back ever again. Yesterday was a friend's birthday so she scheduled a pedi party there. We had a reservation. When we arrived they didn't seat us together. Then the tech who was supposed to assist me saw my psoriasis on my leg. She said she couldn't give me a pedicure. I was completely embarassed and hurt. Psoriasis is not an open wound or sore, it is severely dry skin. It is not contagious. I have never in my life had someone refuse to do a pedicure becuase of my psoriasis. When I got mad and tried to leave she wouldn't let go of my foot and said she would do a polish change. Why would I ever give them my money for anything after this? Again I had to walk out without getting service. I definitely do NOT recommend this place.

These ladies are awesome! After being in there only once, they remembered my new when I returned and what I liked. Steady stream of people in and out. Nice staff, but was underwhelmed by both my mani and my pedi. Mani lasted approximately 10 minutes (zero massage) and my polish was diluted and all bubbly. There used to be someone here that I loved and she did an amazing job... Any other time I've gone in though it feels like the women working would rather do anything else but your nails. I went to the location at 95th and Antioch. The first time I visited this salon I was impressed with how clean it was. The young lady who did my nails was obviously not very experienced.
