My nail lady whom I've gone to for the last 6 yrs moved to California so I was stressed on how I was going to find a new place to call home. I read the reviews for Gloss Spa and made an appt. I recently moved to Lenexa Kansas from Oklahoma City. I looked at some reviews and picked the nail salon closest to my new home. (Not Gloss). I went in to get dip on my nails and while the customer service was outstanding the end result was very messy. I called Gloss Spa and spoke with Liz and Jai and they said "come in and let's see if we can get you fixed." Dreading paying more money on the same day, I went in anyway as I needed this fixed!  They were very professional. They looked at my nails and determined what need to be done and with minimal work they fixed the previous job and sold me on returning to them as a steady client. Best nail salon I have probably ever been too! It's beautiful, clean, everyone is incredibly nice. Worth every single penny to walk away with great nails. Also I have never walked out and though my nails are incorrectly shaped, this isn't the color I asked for, I can see my nails through the coat. It's perfect every single time! Read Less

We chose Gloss Spa to do our bridal party nails.There were at least nine of us and Gloss accommodated well (we booked in advance). The owner was so friendly and I had a great time talking with her. The salon is very, very clean and the staff have very fun personalities, it felt like we were all hanging out together. They even provided us donuts and juices since we started so early in the morning! I will definitely make this my regular mail place. (Also week 4 on my gel, no chips, just very grown out). Read Less

My first experience here was great. Today not so much. Made an appointment for a pedicure and showed up a little early so I expected to wait until my appointment time. However I needed up getting up and walking out after waiting for 34 minutes after my appointment! I had been placed in a chair and my feet were soaking and I sat so long the water got cold and my feet were prunes!  Disappointing because I was hopeful this would be a go to spot. I have never been so impressed at a nail salon. Got dipped tips and love them more than I ever thought I could. Everyone is so friendly and 10000% committed to genuine customer service. Liz is a baller and AMAZINGLY talented. She did more than I could ever ask for and her dedication to perfection is incredible. The staff is so very kind and friendly! The inside decor is just as lovely as the ladies working there, very serene and beautiful. I feel like I'm in the pages of a design magazine. My mom and I went to get our nails done over the weekend and were very impressed! The girls are amazingly nice and we loved chatting with them. The spa is adorable and so sleek and clean. Not to mention the pedi chairs were very relaxing. We went for the deluxe pedi and would do it again over and over. We both felt like all the ladies took their time and really made sure we felt pampered. They new all the hot trends and let us know about all of our options. Will be going back often! Got my nails done today with Liz, I have never been here before and just found it on google. I liked the high ratings and I saw why as I was kindly greeted and Liz had great customer service and made it very comfortable as I never really get my nails done or had a "regular" nail salon I went too. I also appreciated I was able to get my nails done so quickly as I was just a walk-in!
