I came in 20 minutes before this lady came in. Because she requested a specific person(NO APPOINTMENT EITHER) she was sat down to get a pedicure and a manicure. The irritation comes from, the guy told her after she asked how long, it would be a 30 min wait. She then asked if so and so was working and then proceeded to go while she was with a customer and talk to her. She returned and then the lady got her a pedicure foot spa and had her sit down. This kind of service makes businesses loose out! With so many of these nail places around, why would a business loose business! My hard earned AMERICAN MONEY is just as good as hers! This was the most horrible experience ever, I had been getting my nails done at Regal Nails never had a problem thought I would try a place closer to home..That was my first mistake. .They use the cheapest polish it wouldn't stay on my nails..They offered to fix it and they couldn't make an appointment for me thsaid it wouldn't be fair, seriously?...I had to come on my lunch. .When I asked for a refund I was told would you get a refund for a movie you watched...NEVER AGAIN...My nails look horrible I couldn't get the color I wanted and will have to go get polish to fix it myself it's still coming off...Bella Nails fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me.... I really wanted to give 5 stars! I reaaaalllyy did! I just couldn’t because the lady who did my manicure was VERY RUDE. She was very aggressive. She spoke to me twice and tell me price and what color I wanted. When she wanted me to move she’d wave her hand at me or push my hands where she wanted them. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! I had my nails done today by an older lady (she had Ali sewed onto her apron). I’ve been to this salon one other time & I loved it, the staff was awesome, made sure to let me know if anything happened to come back & I even referred a couple friends there but the lady who did my nails today was absolutely awful. She was very nice to my friend whom she wasn’t servicing but was nothing but rude to me. She didn’t ask how long I wanted my nails, only cut them, then shaped them (most are crooked), she knicked my fingers 5 times & the one time I flinched out of reaction she acted like I inconvenienced her & gave me a dirty look while heaving a sigh. She continuously rolled her eyes at me when I failed to hold my hand the way she wanted & hit my hand multiple times in a disrespectful manner. I am not a confrontational person but I seriously considered telling her to stop midway through my nail process to go somewhere else & have it finished. I only didn’t because I didn’t want to cause a scene. I chose to tip her afterwards only because I’m a server & I understand bad days but she didn’t even bother to look at me to say thank you for it. I was really upset & embarrassed after leaving the salon & am very disappointed. not only was i over charged which i realized when i got home but my nails are the wrong colour they have taken my nails back when they weren't like that before they are now short and actually painful, it was unhygenic the lady had gloves on but while rubbing cream she left me to answer phone calls and touch many other things in the shop all in the same gloves and then came back to touch me my nails are absolutely ruined and my poor daughters nails came off half an hour after leaving the salon overall a waste of 150 and will be making sure lots of people know Read Less

I've been looking for a really great pedicure place close by & I have found it!! Ling is such a doll! She started my pedicure and was super friendly and also gentle but got the job done without any pain! Always checking on me and making sure I'm okay  I was very please! Love Bella nails! I've been here a handful of times over the last couple years and will keep coming back. The salon is always clean, though busy no matter what time of day I come, it seems. I usually get gel manicures but will sometimes add a regular pedi. Great color selection and they add new colors frequently. They always do an amazing job, but Andy and Angela are my favorite. LOVE this place! I have never had a bad experience here and they do an amazing job every time!! I get a gel manicure. I work in a health care field where my hands are washed 50 times a day and my hands get beat up so they do extra top coats to help my nails last through all that. And they usually last 3 weeks! This place is the best nail salon I have ever been to. The staff was very friendly. They knew what they were doing and are able to actually do nail designs which I have had a very hard time finding someone who can do the designs I want without making it look like a 2 year olds drawing. I went here for the first time two weeks ago. Had a full set of acrylic nails and gel polish. Then a pedicure with my daughter her baby shower was the next day. Andy did an excellent job on my nails. He understood exactly what I wanted. When it came to my pedicure someone was in chair next to my daughter just letting her toe nails dry. He was very professional about it and had her move. Now that I tried another nail salon, due to needing a gel manicure on a Monday (Bella closed )and having a poor experience and very poor nail service quality there (nails not cured properly, and still not 2nd time after returning for a fix it) I realize how really good Bella Nails is! I have mixed feelings about this place. I love the prices and the owner did my nails the first time I was here and did a great job. They also offer a discount if you pay with cash. However, my second time I walked in, the acrylic artist was out of town. Why do you only have one person who can do acrylics? I went back to my old spot even though I don't like them. This might sound like a strange start to a review but after recently visiting another nail salon, I realize that Bella Nails is the only place I should be going. I live close to Bella but work about 30 minutes away so I tried a place close to my job during my lunch break. Terrible decision. They rushed through and it is extremely obvious, not to mention they were more expensive! I have NEVER had that problem at Bella Nails. They always take plenty of time to make sure you are happy with the work they have done. I've had several different nail techs there and they all are wonderful. I work just a couple of blocks over and decided to stop in for the first time. Andy was great.! I'm really particular about the shape of my nails and Andy achieved that and much more.!
