Calee does such an amazing job with facials! Going in, I had such bad acne and was absolutely embarrassed to go out without a full face of makeup. I just finished my 3rd facial with her, and there is so much improvement! She takes the time to really address your needs as a client, and will give you great product recommendations after. I always look forward to my facial because it is truly the most relaxing hour and a half of my life. Thank you Calee!!

I tried to call and let the manager know about this. I was told the assistant manager was on a conference call and I'd get a call back as soon as she got off. I haven't gotten a call yet and it's been...
I tried to call and let the manager know about this. I was told the assistant manager was on a conference call and I'd get a call back as soon as she got off. I haven't gotten a call yet and it's been over a day.I had a gel manicure and a regular pedicure with Judith. I had picked at one of my toes, so that nail was shorter. 2 different times I told her she was filing the skin, not the nail and it hurt. Finally I pulled my foot away and asked her to move to another toe.With the manicure, one three of my nails, she cut my skin rather than just my cuticles. Again, I tried to tell her she was getting skin and it was hurting, but it did no good. One of the cuts is painful enough, I've been wearing a band aid and ointment on it. I wanted to let the store know so they could pass along the info and keep it from happening to other customers.
