This place was okay. I made an appointment for a pedicure and full set with gel polish for an upcoming event. The pedicure wasn't very good. It lasted maybe 15 minutes. She scrubbed my feet for less than 5. My full set I was happy with. I love the color, the job was well done. They're even, not bumpy and look good. The nail tech talked on the phone for the first 10 minutes of my nails about personal things and it was uncomfortable sitting there and listening. Overall it was an okay experience. I was overcharged $5 for no reason and didn't catch it until after my card was run and there was nothing that could be done. I still tipped them both but I was very disappointed. I would not go back. I have been testing the waters within Leavenworth and I am proud to say today I found my nail shop in sticking with. It's smaller and feels more personal here. They start great conversations while doing work but also staying on task. The daughter if you get a chance to meet her, is the sweetest and most kind little princess you will ever meet. It took about 30-45 mins to get done and I am the happiest yet with my feet. The pedi is $25 and well worth it. My husband also got his toes done and he was very very pleased. His nails were a dark color and it was lighter than ever. I recommend this place to everyone. Read Less

I would like to start by saying that the staff is very friendly but the service is poor. The salon should make the customers feel pampered when they leave and this salon falls short. I don't feel as though the salon is sanitary. The foot step cans are broken and you have to lift the lid with your hands to put trash in the can. Often times there is no hand soap in the bathroom. The staff appears to be over worked and they take little interest in providing quality service. I find some staff members watching TV as they are giving you a manicure and pedicure. I have left the salon with dry skin on my heels. The techniques need to be improved so that customers will return. The salon has the ability to turn this around and improve service quality. Read Less
