I got my nails done on Monday, and with in two hours they started to peel! I had to go some where else to get them fixed, as they were closed on Tuesday! They refused to give me money back because they don't do that. They told me to come back there to fix. Well I didnt want to wait for almost 36 hours to fix, and why would I go back when they disnt last 2 hours? Horrible customer service!

They aren't open as advertised. Took my daughter from Cannon Falls and they were closed when supposed to be open.

While the women were very kind and sweet, they seem to have no experience with nails. Truly bad mani/pedis, with no massage whatsoever. Paid a fortune and will have to get it all redone tomorrow. Seems this is more a hair removal operation. Also very unsanitary. I would be surprised if they are licensed nail techs.

I had been seeing Ashley for several months. The first couple of times my nails were great, but every visit after that it got worse and worse. Every time I left there I had to go home and file all of my nails because they were very crooked. I haven't been able to find a good salon since. Lawrence is out of my way home since I work in Topeka and live up north. I've been told Hai goes good nails, but I've personally never used him. Maybe its time I give him a try.

This place is awful. The tech reused equipment on me that she used on the previous patron. Very bad fume smell, too. Walked out with an average manicure & a bad headache. Definately will NOT got back!

The place was sooo busy. They got me in within 30 minutes, but then Diana hurried through my full set. She clipped 1 nail way shorter than the others and did a very sloppy job on my polish. Only 1 wee...
The place was sooo busy. They got me in within 30 minutes, but then Diana hurried through my full set. She clipped 1 nail way shorter than the others and did a very sloppy job on my polish. Only 1 week later and the polish is coming off the very tips, and is dull and faded. Think I'll go somewhere else for a fill.

I've been here several times before. Being in the service industry myself, I've always taken such good care of the girls and Hai. I recently called to make an appointment to get a same-day fill and nail repair for an important event. When I called, the woman who answered said she wasn't sure if they had room. She put me on hold, then got back on and asked who I was, then said "no, we're booked." Does it really matter who I am? So basically I wasn't important enough to get an appointment or on a wait list or anything that day. I guess only V.I.P.'s are allowed same-day appointments. This place completely lost my business.

Seems this is more a hair removal operation. Also very unsanitary. I would be surprised if they are licensed nail techs.

I had been seeing Ashley for several months. The first couple of times my nails were great, but every visit after that it got worse and worse. Every time I left there I had to go home and file all of my nails because they were very crooked. I haven't been able to find a good salon since. Lawrence is out of my way home since I work in Topeka and live up north. I've been told Hai goes good nails, but I've personally never used him. Maybe its time I give him a try.

The place was sooo busy. They got me in within 30 minutes, but then Diana hurried through my full set. She clipped 1 nail way shorter than the others and did a very sloppy job on my polish. Only 1 week later and the polish is coming off the very tips, and is dull and faded. Think I'll go somewhere else for a fill.

I've been here several times before. Being in the service industry myself, I've always taken such good care of the girls and Hai. I recently called to make an appointment to get a same-day fill and nail repair for an important event. When I called, the woman who answered said she wasn't sure if they had room.
