Ok. I'm a guy, and semi-low-key about my hair. But I've had some nice cuts here. The owner, Kristie, is super nice. She knows hair. And she knows what looks good. I've relied on her to help me out. Maybe I'm possibly even "hair challenged" (no idea what looks good) but she manages to make me look good. I'm very happy with the results. I liked the pedicure but not sure why I scheduled it when they did not listen to why I wanted the manicure first as I was wanting to do the pedicure with the groom. Guess it’s all about what’s good for the salon. I also said I was paying for the grooms pedicure yet she let him pay as he got done before me! Very disappointing that I tried planning this and nothing went as planned as the front desk girl was clueless and not able to write down what I had asked for Saturday morning. Also if I tipped on my credit card the lady would not get all of it she asked for cash otherwise the owner takes part of her tip. This is the best nail salon in Minnesota. I have been here for many times. I had my pedicure and manicure done perfectly. All the techs in here are very friendly. My first impression when I went here is a cleanest and spacious nail spa. I usually go here once a week to enjoy the very excellent massge with music and soft drinks. I highly recommend everyone try the Firewalker for both ped and man. It is always so great that it makes my skin smoother and lighter like baby's skin. I had two bad experiences in a row, and will not be returning here! The first bad experience was the technician applied dip powder polish too thick and it wouldn’t dry. Finally after the third attempt he used a regular gel clear coat under the lamp. Within three days the clear top coat started to chip away. I also think it is really a bad practice in any establishment to have an appointment with somebody and have them get up and go work on another client! This is the result o...f poor management, and a complete disregard to customer service. I eventually had somebody else get assigned to me, only after I asked for help as I had been sitting soaking for nearly 30 minutes! I have been coming to this spa for over a year. The spa is always clean and busy with clients, repeats and walk ins. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Jane is amazing, she even did my 4yr old daughters nails, who was very happy to be pampered!! I highly recommend the spa to anyone who asks! Read Less

My daughter and I both got pedicures and manicures today. The pedicure chairs Nail Bar has for little girls are so cute and just the right size for them to be comfortable! My daughter had a fun design she picked out on Pinterest for her nails and the technician who did her manicure copied it beautifully (and patiently!). I'd been here before and had such a wonderful experience that I decided to use them to do the nails of me (the bride)and my bridesmaids. There were 4 of us. 1/4 had a wonderful experience, I wasn't the one. When I showed the tech what I wanted for my pedi, which was gems on two toes, she came back with glitter polish and said it would be $5. Ummm, no. So I left them boring gray. Then we went on to do my gel mani. For whatever reason she used the electric filer on me and cut me on 3 fingers. They were bleeding. Not acceptable. Then we went onto the polish which was SO uneven texture wise and color wise. Through both my mani and pedi she was rushing. I will probably never get any other services here again Read Less
