Overpriced, for crappy quality!!! Nobody speaks when you walk in . I wasnt thanked for my services after paying for overpriced services. Nor were my shoes put back on for me after she painted my toes. This is clearly an establishment where they cater to their customers who come all the time and not newbies. I had an appointment and I had been waiting for over 30 minutes. I had been seated but still nobody had come to do my nails. Proceeding to wait and being patient, I got kicked out of my chair for a lady who JUST walked in! There were no greetings as we walked in, nor was there any apologies after I walked out. Considering I'd never been there, I figured they would show me where to sign in and choose a color. Also customers over heard them complaining about another pepole who had their nails done prior to my visit. This is without a doubt the absolute worst nail salon in Lawrence. DO NOT COME HERE. The technicians are rude and condescending. I waited 40 minutes before I was even seated even though I had an appointment. After my pedicure was finished, I waited another 30 minutes before anyone even approached me so that I could ask if I was ever going to get a manicure. I am never coming here again. I know literally nothing about nails. So I went here per referral of a friend. I told them in the sign up I wanted dipped acrylic which I did get, but I needed white spit could be painted over. Upon arriving I informed them I have no idea what these nail types mean. I asked the nail artist for the type of acrylic that can be filled and painted over so I'm not stuck with the same color. Apparently my technitions name was Tommy, he seemed indifferent to my request for a little more information. After I asked a few questions which the responses I received were "I don't know" from my artist. He proceeded to give me dipped acrylic (what I said I thought I wanted on the sheet) but NOT what I said I wanted once I sat down. Not knowing exactly what I was doing, I let him give me the acrylics. Even the type of acrylic aside, The nails are uneven in length and the points are inconsistent, some tips are more I rounded than others, the sides are sloppily painted and they look like they point upward. So, when I called the next day The girl that stood at counter told me "I can take it up with the guy who did my nails" what sort of place asks you to come back in and talk to the person who didn't do a good job? So I hung up, called back a little later. Asked to speak to the owner. Before I even said anything I could tell she was ready to fight me. Told me it's my own fault for not writing the correct thing on the sheet. And that if I wanted it fixed I'd have to come back and pay full price plus removal of the acrylic I didn't even want. I'm NEVER going back to this place. And you shouldn't either! They will not fix it if they mess up! I'm very disappointed and I will discourage anyone I know from giving this place their business. I got a mediocre gel nail color that had bubbles on each nail. But the woman was so nice to me. But they charged my best friend $20 for a lackluster cuticle trim and shaping. I paid $21 for a full gel. They are petty. Don't go to them. Read Less

The staff is very friendly. However I went to have a full-set put.on new years eve. I told her I wanted bright pink and white. I showed her a photo of what I wanted. And she gave me a basic French. Not even close to what I wanted. Last week I got them filled....With in 4 days 3 nails popped off. I went in yesterday to get.them fixed. Free of charge. Then today one of the nails I had fixed. Broke AGAIN!!!! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. they don't even look good to begin with and they break very easy. I was putting my pants on today when .It broke. The other day I was getting an ice tray out of the fridge when one broke and before tjat I was grabbing a book off a shelf. Horrible horrible horrible Read Less
