This place is the most elegant and beautiful nail salon I've ever been in. They got me and very quickly they did my nails amazingly. The staff was so nice so friendly they actually had a conversation with me which I love because when I get my nails done I like to talk. I recommend this salon to everybody. They're shellac colors that they have are so beautiful and there acrylic that they do is strong my nails haven't lifted or chipped at all I'm just very very impressed with them. If you're looking for a nail salon and you're sick and tired of trying the whole bunch of different places go to this place you will be amazed by how beautiful it is and how kind the staff is. After doing countless hot yoga classes, I finally convinced myself that my toes needed some major love. I had never had a pedicure before, so my friend and I came here. Needless to say, it didn't disappoint. We came on a very busy Saturday without appointments, so we had to put our name down and wait. (not their fault, totally ours, and they handled it very well.) The best part about this experience: the lady, without any hesitations, asked me what color I wanted my nails painted. I agree with previous reviews about the rudeness of the employees.  I made an appointment for 10:00 for a pedicure, they had one other customer waiting.  The moved me to the chair at 10:45 and never said a word to me until I got up to leave at 11:15 - they asked "are you leaving"?  I watched them help two other people who came in after me.  It was my first and last experience here.  The place is not very clean and I watched them reuse their nail files and other tools on each customer - not sanitary at all!  I would not recommend! Walked in for a pedicure with my mom. There were 2 workers doing pedicures and didn't acknowledge us AT ALL when we walked in. We sat there for 10 min with still no acknowledgment so we crossed our name off the list and walked out. Terrible Place. Awful Staff. So Rude! Read Less

Highly not recommending this place due to the fact i got a pedicure and my first in quite a long time. Feet were sore afterwards and now I am broken out all over my legs and feet and have scratches and open sores which need to be treated. Not worth the money spent for this place. Read Less

I love Tiara's Nail shop. I have been a long time customer and even though I have to drive a little distance it is well worth the $ and drive. My nails and pedicure last about 3 weeks so I'm only having to get my nails done once a month!! Read Less

NEVER come here! The service was horrible. Pay way to much to experience what I did. Literally took them 3 hours to do my nails and feet because they didn't tell me when I walked in that they had appointments back to back, so they had to keep stopping and start on other people. Never going here again! They charged me $14 for a "manicure." My nails were never soaked and my cuticles werent pushed back. He basically cut my nails, filed them and put some gunk on them. Then after applying a heavy coat of nail polish THEN he put lotion on my hands. I swear they need to go back to beauty school if they think that is how a manicure is supposed to be done. Read Less

This salon is now known as Tiara Nails. I love this place. I have a gel manicure and pedicure when I go in and the work is excellent and prices are good. At times, I've gone to other places when out, but always come back because the experience and work are so much better. Everyone is good, but my favorite is Pam. She excellent and so nice!  The salon could be updated and less cluttered, but the service is great and Pam is wonderful! Read Less

I am currently sitting in a pedicure chair at Nails etc....been waiting an hour, older man seems upset that I dont like his roughness or haphazard exfoliation.  Polish better look good because I definitely am nit happy with his cuticle removal or attention to detail. I'm glad I found this gem of a nail salon. The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and quickly booked my appointment. When I entered the shop, I was greeted and a pedicure chair was ready for me. My pedicure and manicure were relaxing. They do quality work!Ask for Pam! She only works on weekends. Everyone seems very nice though. The lady who waxes eyebrows does good work and seems very popular. I overheard her saying that they will offer additional waxing in the fall. Read Less
