Took my mom to get a fill in and they said they needed to do a new set so we said ok it turned out they did and overlay and left her nails un even small shorter then other on one hand and the other longer, once I told them we didn’t like how it was turning out the guy got upset and and told me to tell him how we wanted them at this point we where frustrated with them because we had already been there for ever. I came in to enjoy my break from work.. this was not an enjoyable experience and I will be reporting them to the Kansas board of cosmetology.. they made the lady next to me bleed and when she said owww comtinued the service.. I also brought my own polish that I had gotten yesterday brand new and apparently she wasn't happy with it so she added polish remover to it.. which down the road will separate the polish causing it to go bad.. do not recommend coming here! All I wanted was a simple cut down and Polish change with design. I was signed to a technician that clearly was having a bad day. She takes Polish off and yells you cannot have same shape! Which was coffin. When i asked why she says it's $10 extra. Ok fine i agreed but she gives me square nails not coffin!! When she told me to go wash my hands i did but also went to the mgr and requested a different technician. I was told to Just pick my color and once i looked at the poor selection of colors I was finished with this place. This is my new Go-To place for pedies.  I've been here three times now and finally decided on  having My do my feet.  She does a great job without a lot of chatter and nonsense.  She is pleasant and efficient and my feet feel like a million bucks after we're done.  I get the basic job for about $24 plus tip.  Really worth the money.  Good for your circulation and general foot health.  Also, I like that this business is located in the Dotte and convenient for me.  I like keeping my money in my community. I stopped getting my nails done here a year or so ago because I was tired of the way they were so rough, pulling and yanking and prying up lifted tips instead of soaking them first.Last weekend my regular nail tech was in the hospital, and because I was going to have to wait for a fill, I went to Regal just to get a polish change to tide me over a couple of days.First, they argued with me and said I needed a fill. When I refused and insisted on only the polish change, the nail tech polished me while I was sitting at the dryer. It was obvious they considered me a waste of their time. No top coat, no conversation, and a lot of jabbering back and forth in Vietnamese which I don't understand and I think is very rude to do to a customer.I'm not too sorry they didn't use a table, though, because the ones I saw were so filthy I wouldn't even have wanted to put my purse down. One of the techs was complaining that someone had left a nail clipper lying there without sterilizing it for a new customer. When nobody paid attention to her, she threw the dirty clipper in a drawer. Eeeeeewwwwww. Read Less
