I’ve been going here for a while; like at least the last few years. But lately, within the last year I’ve noticed their service has been declining. Today, I went In for a pedicure and manicure with gel, and this would be the last time I’ll be coming here. The pedicure was left to be desired. It felt rushed, and I’ve definitely have had better pedicures. The gel mainicure looks good. But, I had picked out a color of gel and when she put it on one of my fingers it didn’t look like the sample (the color was too bright), so I asked for a different color. She brought another color; it was the same color just didn’t have the glitter like the original. So I asked for the samples again and picked out another color. I can tell immediately that she was very annoyed/irritated. When she got the new color she rushed through the manicure. When I had the nails under the light, before the light was even off she took the light while my hand was still in there and put it on the other hand. When she put lotion on my hand and arms she massages my arm/hand for like 20 seconds and switched to the other arm and that’s it. When she checked me out, she added an extra 1$ to my bill, not sure why; didn’t care too much from being kinda of annoyed with her from the first place. I paid for the service; $61. I only tipped her 3$, I almost didn’t, but that’s not my style. Ironically, I recommended them to someone earlier that day, asking on Facebook and I think I’m going to go edit that recommendation. Also, I might add I live out in Lenexa. I would drive to this salon because I liked their service, but I think I’m going to find somewhere closer to home. I can definitely agree with other reviews about this place caring more about the money then the actual service they give to their customers. At the rate they’re going, they could loose their business and loyalty from their customers. Read Less
