This time it's Lily who gave it a try, she used a different technique for the ombre and it turned beautifully! My favorite nails salon in the Gardner. Wendy and her staff have all the best colors and options I have yet to see in a nail salon...my favorite right now is the mood/color-changing powder dip!!! They also have UV powder dip that changes colors when you are inside or outside in the sunshine! I love them all and will become a regular for sure. The owner is so rude! I was told to make an appointment, which I did, when I went in she just looked at me and went right back to work. I asked if she had me down for the appointment and she said "no, but we'll figure it out", in a tone that I could barely hear. She then just left me sitting there. How about "go ahead and have a seat and we'll be with you in a few minutes". I had to ask again if they would have time and reminded her that I made an appointment and showed her the business card with the time on it. She didn't say a word, just sat there working away on another person. RUDE!! The only reason they have customers is because there is really nowhere else to go in Gardner. Lee did a great job with my nails! I have ingrown nails in my toes and she took it out in less than a minute and it didn’t bleed. 2 days in a row I stop in for a polish change and get turned away because they don't have time. Today I'm told they don't take walk ins anymore. I enjoyed my pedicures here before but after today, NEVER AGAIN. Very rude and disrespectful to me two days in a row. I'm done. All I wanted was a polish change and you don't have time? Worst experience at a nail ever. I've tried this place twice. Once for a pedicure a couple years ago, they turned me away because I was pregnant. Annoying. But I understood. Just tried it again, made an appointment and was 3 minutes late am 8 months pregnant and had to use the restroom coming in. Walking out, the woman told me yelled at me across the salon telling me I needed to hurry up multiple times. I sat down and just said if you're in a rush we don't mind going somewhere else. The person before did an awful job on my nails and I didn't want her to rush. I have a wedding to go to. She sat there after she scoffed at my offer and I got up. I will NEVER be back. I'm in customer service and that's no way to treat your customers. Worst customer service ever. Read Less

Very poor customer service, never staffed adequately. Say they don't have time at 4 in afternoon with 1 customer and 2 employees working on her. The few times I have been able to get in, the nails looked bad, I will stick with Walmart better service more quality work and cheaper Read Less

I went here for this first time over spring break, I didn't make an appointment, however I read the sign on their door saying that walk ins are welcome. They couldn't get me in right away so they scheduled me at six, which was completely fine. When I arrived back for my appointment at 6, I had to wait for about fifteen minutes because there was only two people working. I work at a salon and day spa so when a client is booked for an appointment at a specific time, that's usually when their appointment starts. So I thought it was a little unprofessional that they gave me a time and when I showed up on the given time I was still waiting. When I finally sat down to get my nails down (full set, acrylics) she wasn't very friendly to me and was NOT gentle at all while drilling my nails. Very rough with the drill, she scraped my fingers, which caused me to be very tense, and she told me that I should "relax my fingers" in an unfriendly way. How can I relax if your cutting me with a drill? She also did not clean very good underneath my nails after she was done drilling, and when they were ready to dry she didn't turn the fan on for me, leaving me to do it myself and I scuffed the wet paint on one of my nails.
