This will be a bit lengthy. I went in to take my sister in law to get her nails done for her wedding. I was in the wedding but didn’t want to spend a lot of money on myself and only needed the paint to last one day. When I went in it was extremely difficult to figure out the options for nails and pricing. Finally I got it through that I only wanted my nails done with acrylic paint. I had them do a full manicure and gel paint for the bride. They lectured me on how mine wouldn’t last long and told me I needed a manicure because my cuticles were “very bad”. Then the man that did my nails acted incredibly perturbed and made me feel like an inconvenience and waste of his time; he demanded that I pay him before he started and made me feel as though he thought I wasn’t good for it. Even though I brought them business through bringing the bride and another bridesmaid who both got the full manicure and gel nails. I paid for both mine and the bride’s nails before he started on mine and also gave him a $5 tip hoping he would be inspired to do a good job (which was a 50% for him because the bride also tipped the lady that did her nails). The paint was a bit sloppy and he acted annoyed at me the entire time. Very rude. Some of the worst service I have ever received. If you are going to be upset with your client for choosing an option you provide, don’t provide that service. It was a very negative experience on my part. That being said, this is more a review of the employee that served me. The bride’s nails came out well, and overall I would give the place at least three stars. Andy did a BEAUTIFUL job with my nails! He was so kind and paid very close attention to what he was doing. He worked on my nails for an hour making sure everything was perfect and exactly how I wanted it. I will most definitely be going back! Read Less

I was at Dynamic Nails for over 2 hours for a dip manicure. The estitician did not know what she was doing and it took her over an hour to complete my manicure. I wanted a floral design on a couple of my nails, but after waiting for 2 hours, I was told that it could not be done. The estitician was rough and jerked my hands around. I was not satisfied with my nails and their efficiency was very poor. I would not recommend going here. Read Less

Horrible experience! Even a preschooler would have done a better job! Cut our daughter's nails with scissors, dry powder under nails, bubbles under nails, uneven work and no license was out for view. :( Rude customer service when I called. Read Less

I started going there three years ago & made my appointment every 4 weeks. They did not keep my appointment & took walk ins. Three times I was left soaking. One time for 45 minutes. Just don't make appointments. You have lost some loyal customers. Step it up. Read Less

I went to get my nails done, the woman was very nice and did a great job! We had a great conversation while she did my nails. Will definitely go again. I chew my nails and she gave me some tips on how to heal my hang nails. Very helpful and nice! Read Less
