I went in for a pedicure last night. It was the quickest pedicure I’ve had and I do not mean that in a good way. The lady rushed through so much that she almost didn’t even scrub the dead skin off my feet until I made a comment about it and when she did she didn’t do a great job. I had a pedicure and manicure yesterday. The pedicure was fine. The manicure...I walked out the door after 15 minutes of drying under cool air as I got into my car my finger nail smeared....and I could move the nail polish on another finger. I have been going to spa and nails for many years. Tuesday I had the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The worker over used a cuticle cutter and cut well over half of my toe nails and finger nails! Even to the point of making many multiple nails bleed. When I asked for her to stop using it she insisted many times and after my persistence she quit. She was very rude with comments about the way I looked. I have trouble with my legs aching all of the time, but after the heat treatment that comes with the Royal Pedicure, my legs feel so much better! I'm not usually one to write reviews but I feel this is a health issue.  I have been getting pedi's for over 10 years and never had a problem.  We decided to try Crystal Nails and I will never, ever ever go back.  The place is older but it appears that they do try to update and keep it clean.  My issue is more with the service I received.  The lady doing my nails kept digging and digging even after I asked her to lighten up.  I do not have in-growns or any other issues with my feet/nails.  She eventually cut my big toe down by the nail bed.  Now, a few days later, my toe is infected and glowing red/purple with pain.  I can hardly put any weight on it.  I had to go to the doctor to get Rx cream to put on it to prevent any further issues.  I wish I could upload a picture of how horrible my toe looks.  I was also disappointed with how fast they tried to push us through.  They were not busy, had no one waiting and did our pedi's in about 20 minutes.  I'm very unhappy with their service. A lot of my friends and I go here to get our nails done. The staff is patient and polite. You don't have to have an appointment by they do accommodate quickly if you do! It's a smaller, family owned business with girls who care :) Read Less

This place is cleanish. That's about it. It's old, run down and outdated. $25 pedicure is nice but you get what your pay for.. Not a lot. I had to have the lady redo my polish because it was so old that it bubbled up as it dried. And she did a terrible job painting them. Not impressed. I don't recommend this place. Read Less

The people are nice but really pushy in trying to upgrade you to a more expensive pedicure. I also got told that I needed a manicure. I said I didn't want one but they kept pushing me anyway.I felt really uncomfortable because they kept talking in Their native language and laughing at us. I will never return again! Read Less

My husband took me here because his friend, Nina, owns this place and it gave us something to do for an hour or so.  I decided to go get a mani/pedi.  I got rid of my acrylics a few months ago so it was a regular manicure.They recently renovated their establishment and have spa chairs for pedicures.  This was awesome being that I was out of town and missed my massage this week.  The massage chairs really do massage.  I'm pretty picky about my nail salons and have been going to the same manicurist for 16 years now.  This place was on par though.  They add disinfectant to the water, make sure that all of the instruments that they use are in disinfectant, and even wear latex gloves while doing most of the pedicure.  They even bust out sea salts to scrub your feet while doing the massage.  While I'm not big on cheating on my manicurist, it gave me something to do while in town and made me feel pretty.  :) Read Less
