Really bad customer service. I got my eyebrows done there and she left burnt marks on my eyebrows and also she was very rude when I asked her not to touch the tail of my eyebrows because of previous experience. She didn’t clean my eyebrows properly and the tools they used seemed unsanitary. Will post pics later

The older woman that works in there made fun of a little old man today that came in. Laughed in his face when he asked for them to look at a nail. He got embarrassed & left. VERY RUDE of her!

The older woman that works in there made fun of a little old man today that came in. Laughed in his face when he asked for them to look at a nail. He got embarrassed & left. VERY RUDE of her!
If you go, go on Sunday's & make an appointment with Lilly or Vivian, they're phenomenal. And the old hag isn't around plus she never stops talking about herself when she's working on you.

I got my nails done this past Labor Day and tried being optimistic because it was a new place for me. It has been one day and I already have broken two of the tips that were put on. Also the lady I had did not make my nails all the same length which I noticed as I was getting them done and she still didn't fix them. I will be staying at artsy nails across the street from now on. I hope they fix the durability of the glittery purple tips I purchased.

I got my eyebrows done there and she left burnt marks on my eyebrows and also she was very rude when I asked her not to touch the tail of my eyebrows because of previous experience.
