We made a reservation for four because we had to leave by five. I sat in a chair for forty five minutes while they helped someone else and had to leave without getting my nails even painted. Unhappy with my experience. Staff was friendly and initially I was excited about my full set and pedicure but on closer inspection I realized they don't paint your nails all the way to the cuticle, so it makes you need to come back sooner and get a refill. I really want to like this place more than I do. They were kind, efficient and I liked their service. I was disappointed by the quality; I asked for a pedicure and a full set, and the toes were messy and they weren't as thorough with the pedicure itself. The polish isn't shiny and looks smudged. My full set was the most disappointing, as they are curved and crooked with uneven polish. I asked for matte black and they are just a hazy black with smudges and splotches. Awful. We were told to come back at 3:30 and we still waited 45 mins to get our nails done even though we were on time! My nieces nails looked good amd the lady that did them was nice but my lady...nope. She didn't talk to me at all. Not once. She put 2 thick coats on my nails of the color and 1 coat of mattefying polish that didnt work. Then they put ANOTHER thick coat of it on. Still didnt work and I could see my nails were never going to dry. At that point we had been there 2 hours and I wanted to go. She didn't clean up under my nails so my nails were thick and gross. I took the polish off as soon as I got home and got to see how truly awful my nails looked and felt. I have told everybody today how awful my experience was that I paid a whopping $75 to hate. My daughter and I were in yesterday and were very disappointed with the service. There was no wait time when we went in. My daughter's pedicure was started right away, but the lady who was going to do mine got distracted, and I had to wait a good 10 minutes before she came to do anything after she put my feet in water. She then proceeded to talk on her cell phone for another 5 minutes, not giving me her full attention. I had to ask her twice to cut the nails more as they ...were left too long and she seemed irritated the second time so she didn't even file them afterwards to smooth the edges and corners. She then left for another 10 minutes to her station. When I finally asked one of the other techs where she was they yelled to her. She did come back after another few minutes and stated she was waiting for a phone call. She then rushed the rest of the pedicure and although she wasted at least 15 minutes of my time, she completed my pedicure only a few minutes after the other tech did my daughter, not giving me what I paid for at all. I had to put an additional top coat on when I got home because she didn't even cover the nails all the way. We will not be back. Very poor customers service. Me and my daughter came in today I got a fill and gel polish , my daughter got just a polish (she's nine). Both of ours nails look good but neither of the nail techs were very friendly .. the lady that did my daughters nails didn't say one word to her which made my daughter alittle uncomfortable, my nail tech that was a man also wasn't very friendly he was on his blue tooth the whole time talking, which is very distracting when you are trying to relax and enjoy the experience. Pedi itself was good, until one worker told me I look tired. I wasn't. Then she wanted me to pay before I finished, stood over me while I signed. I set my own timer for 10 minutes, still wet, another ten. Left went and ate lunch, came home, changed my clothes, and screwed up my polish. I have been going to Penny for my eyelash extensions for 2+ years, along with my two sisters. I've been to other salons (when she was on maternity leave) and didn't quite like other salons extensions as well as I liked them here! Penny always fits me into her schedule quickly and my lashes can last up to 4.5 weeks (i'm usually a 3 week-er though). Compared to other salons in the area, you can't beat the price. I went in on Monday at around 5 pm. I was the only customer in there. My nails were started by on young man. He left and passed me on to another young lady. They were limited on dipp colors and dud not wabt to do designs. Settled on a color i didnt want. My nails looked good for about one evening. I wish I could post pictures. They look terrible. I came here last minute the day before I got married with my bridesmaid and maid of honor to get our nails and pedis. We had originally had an appointment somewhere else, but when i showed up the lady yelled at me and told me to go somewhere else. So, i called here and they said they would see me and my girls right away and there could be a 5 to 10 mun. Wait. We only waited for a few minutes. (I was only upset because i wanted all of us to get our pedis together and relax) bu...t, the woman who did my nails (first seat on the right looking in) was amazing! Extremely friendly and even helped pick out the perfect nail for my big day! They turned out so pretty and lasted me 3 weeks! We ALL loved the place, the prices and the outstanding customer service! I had actually made an appointment with another nail salon prior to a Dr visit, and after waiting 35 minutes past my appt time, I called Venetian, and made an appointment for after my Dr visit. Nathalie did an amazing job! Got me started on time, was extremely friendly, and listened to what I wanted. I love my manicure and pedicure(the first I have had in a year), and will definitely be going back to see Nathalie! Very relaxing atmosphere, and very kind staff.
