I was there today and got a pedicure the lady said my toenails were dry and she put my shoes on for me. When I got home and took my shoes off my nails were all smudged. I’m very unhappy I spent $50 and my toenails look terrible. Read Less

I have been seeing Vy at Sunshine Nails as my nail tech for literally years and years. I have never been disappointed in the services she provides nor in the condition of the facility and amenities. Lovely salon. Peaceful, pleasant. Staff is kind and polite. My tech is Kylie. I have not used anyone but her. I recommend her VERY highly! She is efficiently. Her nails stay down for a month easy. I checked in at 2:23. At 3:30 PM I had still not gotten to a chair however about five other ladies had sat down and had been taken care of. When I asked them why I was put aside they said oh we take you now you ready. I told them right then and there I would never come back and that it was the worst customer service I have ever seen! Omg so the first lady who did my nails was so nice, and then there was mean old grumpy one who was going to do the painting but chose a whole different color for me...and I tried to tell her but she won't listen, and was yelling at me to hold still...and I'm sure cussing at me in her language...HOW TF SHOULD I HOLD STILL WHILE YOU PUT A COLOR I DIDNT CHOOSE ON ME...Anyways I just took it like that and decided to be polite...PAID A FRIGG'IN $38 FOR THAT...DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK, CUZ I FELT THAT LADY WOULD JUST SEND ME OUT OR YELL AT ME...I don't know why she was so mean though. The salon itself is beautiful! A very welcoming atmosphere and relaxing environment! The ladies speak wonderful and it's very easy to understand them. The lady I had was super attentive to my foot's needs. I work at a farm and am on my feet all day, 6 days a week. My callouses are horrible and she took all the time it needed to fix them properly! Maybe one of the worst mani/pedis I've ever had-- and I'm a regular. I walked in a few days before my wedding and was sort of pointed in the direction of the gel polish options. I was disappointed by their small selection of colors. The first color I chose, they were out of, second choice wasn't at all what I wanted, but as close as I could find. The man who did my nails must have been in a hurry. He cut my cuticles (as in bleeding) in three separate spots-- that was a first for me. My mani it is not yet a week old and it has already peeled off in one spot. Not impressed. One of my big toes is already chipped as well, but I didn't get gel on my toes. My leg massage was amazing, but the arm/hand massage was non-existent. As soon as the tech was finished, he grabbed his coat and brushed past me as I was walking up front to pay. Before they expanded I loved going there because everyone that worked there did an excellent job. Ever since, they have hired a lot of new inexperienced people that have no idea what they r doing. Pedicure is $25. There are a lot of different priced pedicures to choose from, however. They did two things I've never had done before which is one, rubbing hot stones on your legs. Two is putting a cream over your legs and wrapping a hot towel around them. With a design painted on toes was $5 more. Only a 4 star because their selection of greens and blues is pretty terrible. My daughters and I went here for the first time yesterday. I called and they were able to do all 3 of us at the same time about 20 minutes after I called. We arrived and were blown away by how beautifully decorated the salon was. They also had 2 rows of pedicure chairs and several manicure stations as well.  The 3 women who did our pedicures were wonderful. It was the first time I had ever brought them for pedicures so they were nervous but they left wanting to come back again. I will recommend this salon to anybody as well as revisit in the future. Love it there! Clean, professional and quick.  Mani/Pedi for $30!I usually get my eyebrows/lips waxed at a day spa but they do a pretty good job here.  Lip waxing for only $5!  They take their time on the eyebrows and shape them nicely.  With the economy the way it is, this is a great find!
