I have been looking for a nail salon that i like in Derby. I have tried some other places in Derby but did not like them. I believe with Regal Nails I have found the salon I like. Very friendly and pleasant. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied when you are done. I felt very relaxed. They put all their attention on who they are waiting on. I will give the staff the benefit of the doubt and say they were friendly in my first visit. This was my first time in their salon. The very next day of getting them done I had a total of 6 nails crack on me. Went back and had them redone. They made them lumpy and uneven, I was beside myself upset and just wanted to leave. I left it alone and just dealt with the unevenness. However, another couple days go by and now two more nails cracked and one of my tips chipped off. I go back and tell them I just want my money back so I can go have my usual tech fix them. No, can't do that. I am TEXTING their manager and he tells me we think we know what happened. The color is not right for you or the nails were too long, really? As I am standing there of course you know they are know talking about me and laughing at me, unprofessional! Let me ask you something would you care to sit in a salon for another hour a THIRD time in a WEEK in hopes they get it right this time while they talk about you and make you even more upset? This salon over all good and very affordable price, I took my two high school cousin here for French tip full set, only $20 for students wow.... I can't find this any where in derby, most salon alway charge $25-30. The nails last over 3 weeks on my cousin nails due to her keep biting their nails. Staff here very nice and friendly. Very cheap price and good service, I have my pedicure and nails done here turn out perfect and very happy with my service, they offer me a bottle of water, and the pedicure I got is deadsea pedicure, my leg very soft and smooth after the next day, the most part I like about this salon is 7 days guarantee on their service, this is not any salon in town offer this. THE WORST EVER!!! All my toenails were uneven and cut at an angle the polish was so old and thick that 3 hours later it still wasn't. dry. They reused dirty towels on feet and nasty dirty plastic bags on hands. Now I have some kind. Of infection on my legs and am on antibiotics while they test it to see what kind of nasty bacteria Regal Nails gave me. BE AFRAID!!! Read Less
