Horrible. If you get the woman who looks like owner. She is easily distracted. She constantly looks around and is more focus on others around her rather than the person she is working on. My nails look horrible. I wanted a gold, glittery polish. It was horrible. The polish was old and clumpy and she STILL USED IT INSTEAD OF USING A THINNER TO FIX IT! Not to mention there are sections at the tips of my nails THAT ARENT PAINTED!!! The purple color that I wanted wasn’t good either. It was thin, and when she put a clear coat on it wasn’t even! Hanh gave me a great manicure! Very meticulous on my cuticles which I appreciated. The polish looks wonderful. It also included a shoulder and hand massage at the end. I was very disappointed on my experience here after reading the positive reviews unfortunately. I have a favorite place out west already but wanted to give this place a shot since it's closer to where I live. They used USED Pumice stones and used buffers which out west where I go it is standard to get new on all of that for each client which makes sense because it's gross thinking you will have dead skin from someone else's foot rubbing on to yours. It overall just didn't se...em very sanitary. I never saw bleach being used and the chairs were not comfortable to sit in. I wish I loved this place more but felt I needed to share my experience! My tech seemed new and didn't have much pack to her punch when it came to callus removing or the massage. It seemed like other techs did better massage and longer. I went to this place and I got dippin powder done by the owner which whoever goes there make an appointment with Susan she is amazing because the owner is mediocre and all she wants is money it seems like. She didn't do a good job on my nails they were thick and already lifting from the sides and from the part of the cuticle the owner didn't want to redo them when I went back and told her she had Susan file and redo top coat . I've heard from other people to make an appointment and get it done by Susan or any of the other girls. With this experience i don't want to come back I'm very dissapointed with this nail job and I'm going to tell the people I recommended to go somewhere else. Read Less

I hate to see customers harassed about paying with cash and check every single time I have visited. If you only accept cash or check please put up a sign "cash or check only" and get with the times. I do not know of any place in todays time that begs there customers to pay with cash or check when they have a credit/debit card machine. Read Less

I am from out of town and was visiting some friends, so I decided to go here for a pedicure.  The first thing that surprised me was they said they didn't have bottles of water, only Dixie cups.  I paid $40 for a pedicure, the massage part was pretty good.  The nail technician did not file my toenails and spent maybe 20 seconds trimming my cuticles.  I paid extra for the callus removal and she spent maybe 30 seconds on that.  She painted my toenails and didn't ask me if I wanted a design or anything.  When it was time to leave (I was so thirsty at this point due to how warm it was in there) she said, "Do you have cash?" I said "No, just my debit card" and she said "Oh, okay."  Turns out she was asking for cash for her tip since there was no line on the receipt for a tip if you pay by card.  I didn't know this rule since it was my first time going there, so she didn't get a tip.  I honestly didn't feel bad for not tipping either since she did such a poor job.  I gave it 2-stars due to the massage part of the service being good.  I expected a lot more for $40. The ladies always honor their appointments and are already waiting for you by the time that you get there. If you make an appointment, they do not leave you hanging, messing up the rest of your day and other commitments that you had going on.I am so impressed each time that I go. I was in town for Thanksgiving and wanted to get a manicure, went here because the reviews were so good! It did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly and my nails look great. What more do you need? Definitely recommend for great service and great value! My shellac manicure was only $30! I pay $45-55 back home. Read Less

Very unimpressed. I told the lady multiple times what I wanted and it still is wrong. I've never had such a horrible flower put on my nails. It looks like a 3 year old did it. Way over priced and bad costumer service. I much prefer Hanna nails in Andover. Read Less

I tried Precious Nails for the first time this weekend.  What prompted me to try it was 1.  all the great reviews it has gotten on social media and websites like Yelp and 2. the promise of a massage with every pedicure and manicure.  The ladies were really nice and pleasant and made conversation with you.  The massages were awesome and they also have a nice selection of shellac colors.  The only advice I'd give someone is that they prefer you to pay by cash or check, but if all else fails they will take your debit or credit card, but push for the cash or check first. Got a mani and pedi. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the door, even though there was 5 people that walked in just ahead of me. I waited 5 mins to be seated. She helped me match my nails and my toes since I got gel on my nails. I got a 10 min leg massage with my pedi, and this is the only place I've gotten a 10 min neck rub with my mani.
