Emma Faye is amazing! There were able to squeeze my mother in for an appt. on her birthday, which was a couple of days after she came home from the hospital and right before she started chemo. THEN, the angelic, beautiful, big-hearted Brooke Elder (who we just met and works there) offered to pay for my mom! My mother, daughter and I were crying and could not believe her genuine, self-less generosity. What a gesture of ultimate kindness! I accidentally messed up my Fourth of July nails two days after getting them done(my fault) and Emma worked with me to get me in before I left for up north to fix them!! Totally recommend coming here!!!!!! Service was beyond great, staff cares about your personal needs and services, and very cheap. It is cheaper than most salons and they try their absolute best to give you good quality service. Had acrilics done which were great and natural. And a pedicure which was so relaxing and amazing. I was super impressed with this business. I have high standards when it comes to a nail salon and this place definitely lived up to them! Since moving to WI, I have tried 7 nail salons from Kenosha to Delavan to Brookfield and have not been fully happy with any of them. If it wasn't a good job done, it was something they did that made me question how clean they are. I've heard the horror stories about fungus and don't want to deal with that! At Emma's, their cleanliness was ...top, the customer service was great, and the work was great, too! They open a new scrub pad and buffer for each client, which I have never seen before. The massage was great, I was offered a drink, and the place is very chic in decor. It's a small business and she is very busy, so you have to make an apt or at least call before you go. I came in to have my nail art re done and Emma made it look identical to the picture on pintrest. I was very impressed at how quick and perfect she made the nails look.
