Overall the service was lacking and not impressive. The biggest issue was the price switching, which I see other people have been complaining about. We asked what the different price levels were for pedicures as we were sitting down getting our feet washed. The gentleman told us $20 for the basic, then $40, and $50. We went with the $20 for the youngest girl in our group and the $40 for the other 3 of us. After the service when we went to pay the same gentleman told us it would be $25 for the basic and $38 for the other 3. It evened out so that was fine but my Aunt asked why they had told us a different price and the gentleman denied ever saying that, trying to show us the menu after the fact. He even asked the other 3 employees if they had told us the wrong price even though he was the one who did it. Just annoying that they can't tell us the correct price to begin with or admit that they told us the wrong price.
In terms of the overall service it was pretty generic. I've seen other salons do more for the same price in terms of shaving dead skin off your feet - this place does not do that. The employees were kind of demanding and didn't say much to us or seem very thrilled to be there in general. I always have a better experience when the employees are friendly and seen to enjoy their work.

I used to come to this salon when I was in high school and I loved it, after recently moving back to Iowa I decided to go again - WORST decision. The customer service is awful. My nails were wonky and looked absolutely terribly. Will not ever being going there again.

Told us it would be a 10 minute wait and waited for about 30 instead. Getting pedicures is supposed to be relaxing and our water was cold. The
staff was not very hospitable either.

Don't go here....... my full set lasted 9 days, and the lady who did them was rude and hurt me with sanding to close to my skin. Left bleeding. Might as well burn $50. A joke.

Really, really nice. Phenomenal experience in the massage chair for my pedi. The pedi experience was really nice too. I liked the scrub that made my legs and feet smooth. The storefront is conveniently right next to one of the mall's outside doors. Most importantly, my toenails look AWESOME!!!!

I do nails myself but wanted to go and not do my own pedi for once. The lady I had did not say one word to me the whole time I was there. Very rude. Oh.... I guess she did tell me how much I owed at the end. And never asked me if I would like a design. This is the first time I have had plain nails in years. Needless to say, I will do my own from now on and have amazing designs!!!!! Do not recommend.

I agree with the earlier comment of no set prices in addition the individual that poorly did a lip and eyebrow wax clearly has no idea on what she was doing as I still have hair on my lip and all she needed to do was clean up my eyebrows and she failed miserably at that. If I could rat this place a zero I would. Never again, never again...

The male charged me $36 for shellac which was fine. But then another male who did my nails didn't file my natural nails down and so the fake ones were falling off within a week. And before he put the final polish on, he demanded to get paid first before the service was complete, which I did. He demanded $38, when confronted wrote me a sketchy mathematical equation on his table top stating that tax included. He then proceeded to talk in a foreign language, possibly talking about me, to the lady sitting next to her. Which I think is rude and I was then rushed out of there. Never ever going back there. Save your money and time, go somewhere else.

if i could, i would give less than 1 star! first of all i walked in and told them i wanted a full set and nail art. they said okay and said: $30 for the set and an additional $15 for the art my total came to $45 (b4 tax). so they got started and we did shellac. they didn't thin the nails out. missed the edges with nail polish. after 1 week the shellac nails are already separating from my nails. after the polish was on and dry they rushed me out the door and refused to do the nail art! soooo pissed!! never going there again!

Very clean. I chose this location because it was clean and they remove all of the tools from sealed packages in front of you. I was able to get in within 10 minutes on a busy Saturday which was a much shorter wait then two other places I checked. Employees were friendly and they give you a bottle of water when seated. Polish selection was limited so I will bring my own next time but overall satisfied with the salon. Regular pedicure was $30. You can pay with a card but can not leave a tip on the card but they do have an ATM that only charges $1 service fee.

Overall the service was lacking and not impressive. The biggest issue was the price switching, which I see other people have been complaining about. We asked what the different price levels were for pedicures as we were sitting down getting our feet washed. The gentleman told us $20 for the basic, then $40, and $50.
