I have been going to Lynn's for 18 years now. The staff is always friendly and the place very clean. They will always find a way to squeeze you in even if you don't have appointment. I have gone here forever with my mom. I needed my nails done today and I figured I’d go here. BAD IDEA. So short staffed and that should’ve been a sign that I should’ve gotten out of there. Tom started doing my nails and one of them was broke so he just took tweezers and took the remaining off...what? If I went anywhere else they would have soaked my nails to take them off. He was in such a hurry. He then proceeded to cut into my other nail, which was NOT in any form broken. It didn’t need to be cut. My whole nail started bleeding. He could tell I was upset but told me “you be ok” NO SIR, I am not ok. I did however walk out with my nails not done. I will never be back. He ruins Lynn’s nails. Read Less

My nails chipped four hours after I left. They had me use the fan and light three times to set them. I didn't do anything active except wash my hands. My cuticles aren't cleanly cut. There is polish outside the nail on my toes-very tacky. I saw the workers usher someone to a chair to use a pedicure tub that was unclean from the person before. The worst manicure I have ever experienced. I have gone to Lynn's for the last four months. Tonight I had the owner's husband put tips on. It was the most painful experience that no one should should suffer to get their nails done. I even told him after he filed my skin off my left fingers that he was being to rough with my hands....and to please be gentler. To no avail, he killed them. I will not go back. Read Less

I've been to this location several times and they usually do a good job. Today was no exception. My shellac manicure was efficient and looks good. On this visit, the manicurist kept offering me other services. When she asked if I wanted my lip waxed, I was concerned that it looked bad. But then she asked about pedicures, etc. so I think it was an up sell effort. One of the things I dislike about most nail salons (or any other business) is when they speak other languages to each other, especially when they laugh. It's so rude to exclude the customer. Came in for both pedicure and acrylic nails. Was told to have a seat in chair and it would only be a short wait. 45-50 minutes later I'm still waiting and annoyed. The girl comes and her and another employee were discussing my feet in their foreign language, which was rude. I'm over it now and have decided not to get my nails done. Read Less

I liked Lynn's nails a lot. I only have a few concerns. I got acrylics and when they put the nail polish on they accidentally did three coats on my right hand and only two on my left. They also smeared one of my nails and never fixed it. I came home with a couple cuts but that's expected when getting acrylics. The nail polish never came off and the nails stayed on very good. I will be back hoping for a better person to do my nails. Read Less
