The female (young girl) attendant/nail tech was very RUDE-- severely lacking customer service skills.... do not plan to return!
Initially I was quoted a higher price for the requested service-- until I then stated the price I had paid on the last (recent) visit for the same service.
The female nail tech stepped in to complete one portion of nail service that the male tech may not have been familiar with---- when asking her to finish it neatly, covering the full nail with product to give a professional-looking finish, she began to yell & behave VERY unprofessionally--- causing a scene-- other customers watching (& expecting me to reply in kind) telling me that's the way she does it & I could ..."go somewhere else" etc....when all I calmly requested was to cover the whole nail with color product since I was paying (extra even) for that service----so...
SHE's exactly right...
I WILL--along with my $ & others that I share this information with.
Paid almost 50$ for that nonsense...even though the cost should be irrelevant to receiving professional service with a client-first attitude.

Rude and disrespectful. The guy and girl who did my mani and pedi were both rude. Talking to each and laughing and looking at her phone. He didn’t even acknowledge me when she told me where to sit for my mani and didn’t say a word to me the entire time. He also stood while giving me the hand massage which was very uncomfortable and awkward. Afterwards I told them that my colors didn’t match but they all said they did and just started laughing. Unbelievable. I will NEVER go there again!!

Rude, while filing my cuticle was cut, was bleeding, no apology, obvious talking negative in their language, went for a nail repair, interrupted me numerous time, she put a product on the cut that really stung, didn't phase her. It is so convenient for me but I will never ever return. There are too many places like this to tolerate this treatment.

I had shellac on my nails that needed taken off she started to use her fingernail to chip it off until I asked what she was doing and told her to use a nail filer and wrap my toes..... clearly doesn’t...

I told them I didn’t want gel and she said ok then when I picked a color it was gel and with put my knowing they were and half way threw when they put color on I aside it it was gel and they said yes....

I asked if I could change and get regular they said they already put gel acrylic on and then one were uneven thicker then the others the design wasn’t even close to what I wanted and the gel came off quick and it looked ugly to me and I had to pay 55 when they didn’t even tell me in the bringing I picked gel! So I wouldn’t go back there again!! And he cut my finger and it was bleeding and he just kept going

Employees are rude as hell. Did not ask what I wanted and started putting fake nails on me when I just wanted normal polish. The employee got mad at me and asked who was paying as if I wasn't going to pay and made me pay before they did my nails. Then he started taking my wallet to put down and messed up my nails and got mad at me. He yelled at me "don't touch your nails" like 5 times. No tip for him that's for sure! Overall a terrible experience!

I was hesitant to come here because of the reviews but it was convenient for me. I'm glad I did because it was one of the best pedicures I've had. Very thorough and did not feel rushed at all. I'm not sure the name of the lady that did my nails but she did a wonderful job! Definitely recommend!

RUDE and unprofessional. I got a shellac manicure and one chipped today! I just had it done yesterday! There's also nail polish all over past my cuticle. It looks bad. And half of the side of one of my nails didn't get painted. I will NOT go back here. Quantity over quantity is clearly more important to them.

Had my toes done here. Walked up to a dirty bowl and had to wait for it to be cleaned. The lady who did my nails DUG into my big toe skin numerous times to the point where I'll be surprised if I don't now have a sore. Her and the other lady a few chairs down talked to each other the whole time in Cantonese which I've always found rude as you're having an outside discussion while I'm paying you to do a job. I don't do that at my job and I wouldn't expect it while getting my feet done either.

I went over my lunch break to get acrylic nails and the guy doing my nails only cared about his cellphone the whole time. He completely rushed through my acrylics and now they are all different sizes. Also while rushing, he was digging his fingers into the sides of my nails. Will never go back.

My daughter went to Hollywood Nails & her gel manicure looked good. As I'm visiting,I figured I'd get myself one as well....WHAT A MISTAKE!!!!! Should've read the other reviews first. I have NEVER had such a HORRIBLE experience at a salon from start to finish. Long wait(almost 15 minutes) I asked to have my nails cut & guy said OK & DID NOT cut them!When he filed my nails he was SOO rough that I kept on saying OW,& at one point thought I was bleeding it hurt so much. When he said he as finished,I said "finished,but they're all streaky",he looked closer & said oooo,you're right. Other technicians were passing by & he was conversing with them in Vietnamese & I got the impression they were trying to figure out how to make it right...He took it off & redid it 3Xs!!!!! I would've left,but I had endured so much already that I just let him finish. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!And,FYI people who speak another language & work with the public,it's SOO RUDE to talk in your native tongue when customers are present (especially when it's obvious they're speaking about you!)

I had to go back because my nails were lifting up 3 days after they were done. They fixed it for free but the lady just painted over the bubbles so I couldn't see them. I had to wait like 2 hours for the lady who messed up my nails to come to work. Never going here again.

He made my hands and nails so sore and I was told the final price would be $ 32 ended up paying almost $ 50. He expected a tip as well and I told him after making me bleed and making my hands hurt, that he could kiss my butt. Don't go there! Listen to these reviews!

And the nail polish started falling off after I went home, by the second day it was nothing in my nails anymore. And I pay money for that. Bad experience ever!!

Absolutely awful, I came in to get my nails done for my vacation. I wasn't greeted, I was asked to pick a color after standing there for 5 minutes. Keep in mind all of the staff were on their phones lounging throughout the salon, everyone as beyond rude! This is the 4th time I have attempted to come here thoughtful a few years. Rude rude rude. Is all this staff is. I was nothing but pleasant to the lady who did my nails, even though she waited about 10 minutes to start my nails to finish her phone call. Every time I asked her to do anything with my nails she rolled her eyes, jerked my hands around and filled my nails really rough. Never again, of it were anyone else they would have walked out. This was borderline assault. I've had it with this rude ladies that work there. The manager needs to do someSerious cleaning of that place & bring in a nice, more friendlier staff who speaks ENGLISH, instead of talking shit in their language.

I had to go back because my nails were lifting up 3 days after they were done. They fixed it for free but the lady just painted over the bubbles so I couldn't see them. I had to wait like 2 hours for the lady who messed up my nails to come to work. Never going here again.

Absolutely awful, I came in to get my nails done for my vacation. I wasn't greeted, I was asked to pick a color after standing there for 5 minutes.
