On July 2 I came to family nails to get a pedicure and a full set. I was pleased with my pedicure and my full set was okay. A couple of days later my nails cracked in the middle of my finger. I work f...
On July 2 I came to family nails to get a pedicure and a full set. I was pleased with my pedicure and my full set was okay. A couple of days later my nails cracked in the middle of my finger. I work full-time so it was hard for me to get back to the shop for them to repair my nails. The following Monday I return to the nail shop explain to the employee my nails cracked a couple of days after I got my full set. The employee repair my two nails for free. But the nails were so flimsy and weak that they broke again the next day. So on July 14 two days shy of two weeks of having a full set I return to family nails to ask if I can get the nail soaked off for free. I do not feel like I should pay for my nails to get soaked off when I did not enjoy two weeks of a full set. I was told it will be $12 in order for me to get the nails soaked off. I will not be a returning customer.

It was my daughters and my first visit. I'm particular about my nails and Linh did a super job on my manicure and French tips and her manicure was wonderful as well. A definite must try😊

Loved this salon before the new management. I got the worst fill ever and 5 nails lifted or broke after 2 weeks. I have been a customer here for 2 years but I will not be returning.

Family Nails was my favorite place to go. It was run by a family and I knew everyone's names. I especially appreciated that they spoke English in the salon so I always knew what was being said and didn't feel like I was being discussed. My nails always looked great and lasted several weeks. Recently, I returned to the business to discover it is under new management. They did a good job with my pedicure, but it wasn't quite the same experience. Now it's comparable to many other shops in the area. I recommend the pedicure.

This is the best nail salon I have found. I'm very picky when it comes to my nails (toes and fingers) and these people do it best. I see Jody for my manicures/full sets, she takes her time and does it right! I come out with flawless, natural looking nails every time. (They're under new ownership so disregard the older reviews)

Great Nails, Great toes and the way the Gel is put on top of the polish there is never a loss of color even after more than a few weeks.I always get the look I want, because they listen and understand...
Great Nails, Great toes and the way the Gel is put on top of the polish there is never a loss of color even after more than a few weeks.I always get the look I want, because they listen and understand english. That is a plus. Also clean and friendly has proven that after years of having my nails done here, there has never been any issues with fungus or pain. Give this place a try! The complements will be proof enough of their excellence!

My husband took me to Family nails one day to get nails done for my birthday, I have tried many places before. I love my nails when I left there, everyone were so nice and friendly. Also they do speak English well to help me with what I wanted. I would reccomend this place to everybody. Keep the good work Family nails

This place is awful, first of all my pedicure the big toe not completely covered. Tthey ask me if I could wait a few minutes for my nails (this was when I first got there) I thought 5-10 minutes fine...

Tthey ask me if I could wait a few minutes for my nails (this was when I first got there) I thought 5-10 minutes fine. However 15-20 minutes AFTER pedicure still not there I ask where is this guy anyway? they called his wife she did not know? so I said I have to leave I have appts. I will be happy to pay to Pedicure but thats all as I did not get my nail completed all she did was clip them while we waited. "Oh NO that not be good must pay me for clipping" After she went on and on I paid her just to get out of there. WHO RUNS A BUSINESS LIKE THIS???

On July 2 I came to family nails to get a pedicure and a full set. I was pleased with my pedicure and my full set was okay. A couple of days later my nails cracked in the middle of my finger. I especially appreciated that they spoke English in the salon so I always knew what was being said and didn't feel like I was being discussed. My nails always looked great and lasted several weeks.
