Hands down the worst and fastest Pedicure I've ever had. Water was luke warm, she didn't massage my feet nor put hot towels on them even though I paid for the package that included both. First time visit. Will NEVER return! The technician was so rude. Slapped my legs when she wanted me to change position. Pulled my leg out of the water when she didn't want it the water. It was the most rude thing I have ever experienced. Never spoke or smiled to me even when I tried to talk to her. The tabletop that you put magazines/drinks on was filthy. If you happen to like RUDE nail techs, then this is certainly the place for you! After repeatedly telling my high pressure sales tech, no, I did not want a $75 pedicure but rather just a basic "classic" pedi, things went down hill very quickly. She snapped and snarled at me 3 to 4 times during the pedicure and at one point literally slapped the back of my calf to indicate she wanted me to pull my foot out of the footbath as she did not have a good command of the English language to articulate what she wanted. The end results were just a so-so pedicure. But what I can do, is give my nail tech 5 stars for bad attitude as she excelled at that. Will I ever go back to Polished Nails? NOOOO... not ever. Waited to have manicure. Arrived at 6pm, didn't get out of there until 8 Several clients who had manicures AND pedicures came and went while I was shuffled around from person to person. Chi, gave me an apology and an accepted discount. I paid part cash, part Debit Today I look at my online banking, they ran incorrect amount on debit. I get $25 over draft fee because of her error. The cash, she apparently thought I was leaving her a 60% tip. Went back today to get it resolved. Manager TUA refused and asked me to leave. What? I've been in customer service for 35 years. I honestly should only give one star, but everything in my pedicure leading up to having my polish applied was pretty good. When it came to putting polish on it was done sloppy and one foot was so bad that the only way to describe it is that the technician literally painted polish on my skin to give the appearance of my nail being longer ( I have smaller feet). I had to take my own finger and wipe it off - thankfully it was still wet. If I wasn't already running late back to work I would have made her fix it or asked for a refund. So, I get my nails done 2.5 days ago.... a full set mind you....paid $55. I know, I know but I'm a woman on the go and couldn't go another day with unmanicures nails. So I run up the street to the same place to repair a nail that broke while turning on my light in the car. Should not have happened. So I return for a repair to be told I have to pay $5. Really!? And the repair is terrible. I can't with this mess...and yes I paid for boo boo nail. Lbvvs I wouldn't recommen...d a business that doesn't stand by it's product or service. I went to Nails Today with my mom on Thursday last week. Good service!!! I haven't called for an appointment a but I neither have to wait. My nail technician was very young and very funny. They did very patient and meticulous to me and other customers. The decoration makes me feel cozy. I will have a good experience here next time. This place is Paradise of nails for everybody. I was super impressed, and this is my favourite manicure … ever . The staff are very professional and makes every effort to provide a relaxing experience. I went to Nails Today for the first time after reading multiple positive reviews. I decided to try it once. he owners were extremely friendly and never forget a face! The staff always made sure to personally greet each customer and get to know each customer as well. I was served water when they finished my nails. They were amazing, I loved them so much!!! Met one of my girlfriends for a pedicure the other night. She text me to see if I could grab a bottle of wine because they didn't offer any refreshments.... Strange, but I didn't think much of it. First impression stepping in the door the atmosphere was very clean & appealing to the eye. When I started scanning the salon to located my friend, the lady who should of greeted me, instead snapped at me & pointed to the polished to choose from. I grabbed a pretty coral color for my toes. Then I had 2 or 3 of the workers talk back in forth about who would be doing my pedicure while I attempted to soak my foot in the scolding hot water. I decided to go with shellac pedicure choosing the $45 package that included a mask, hot towels & stones which I was really excited about. The pedicure itself was decent but nothing to rave about. I did have to ask for a flower which normally other places offer it to you before they apply the top coat. One of the other girls who ended up doing my flower said she would be right over to put on the top coat & check on me. (She never returned) I ended up giving the guy who did my pedicure my debt card & some cash for the tip because it was getting close to closing time. He ran my card & it was $69.80! He then explained the pedicure was $45, but the shellac was an extra $20... Most expensive pedicure I've ever had. Very expensive. Got a shellac manicure and pedicure and it cost me 96$ without tip. Received absolutely no extra attention, no massage, and I even paid for the better pedicure. Will not return. Oh and you do not get offered any sort of drinks. Read Less

This was an awesome experience. I always read reviews before stopping at a new nail salon. I called a bit before I came in just to give them a heads up I was coming. I got in right away. The staff had such a fun time, we talked about my work and they were very professional. Mina did a fabulous job and I got the best of the best pedicure! And omg the hot stone massage was amazing. They do accept walk-ins!   However, just give them a quick call and let them know you are on your way in.  I'm sure they appreciate a heads up.The salon is very clean.  And they have a TON of colors to choose from.  I feel like that is the hardest part---selecting which color you want to commit to! I've been three times, but couldn't give it 5 stars based on my last experience. I've gotten a pedi & 2 dip manicures when I've been. The first dip mani I got was great. The second one the poor girl didn't have a clue what she was doing. Part of the appeal of a dip manicure is it's supposed to be better for your nails & no drills are used. However, instead of a normal mani where you use manual tools to take care of cuticles, she used the drill tool and consequently made me bleed. Besides that I could tell she didn't know the process for doing a dip manicure because she kept asking other people questions and messing things up and starting over.I am not necessarily faulting the girl who did them, but I don't believe the salon should put people in a position to fail. Nor should they charge full price if somebody messes it up and makes you bleed.  As I said, 2/3 times as great. Just depends who you get. Read Less

Made an appoitment for myself and a friend, manis and pedis. We get there right on time and the place is packed. We end up waiting with our feet in cold water at the massage chairs for 45 minutes before they actually started our pedicures. the lady doing my kept cutting at my cuticules until I was bleeding. Then another lady came over to start my manicure and half way through just left me with my nails sitting in water. Finally get over to the manicure table and a different lady is working on my nails. SHE WAS AWFUL! Worked very very slow and just kept putting more and more layers of color on. After being there for 2 hours we were finally done and low and be hold the next day one of my nails chips because of the 15 layers of polish she put on it. Read Less
