First time being here and it was amazing. Staff is very friendly and environment is great. Very clean salon. 10/10 would recommend!

I love this place IF I get "my" regular lady, as any time she's out I get poor quality work. Last time, she was unavailable, and the lady I had was rough, despite me explaining that my hand/wrist has ...
I love this place IF I get "my" regular lady, as any time she's out I get poor quality work. Last time, she was unavailable, and the lady I had was rough, despite me explaining that my hand/wrist has limited movement..nicked up my cuticles so badly, almost two weeks later is still sore...and overall job was poor. Will not be returning, and I have been going there for almost 2 years.

I had a great experience here! Very sanitary! They use liners in there pedicure tubs witch I really liked. Very nice people and great customer service. I highly recommend this place.

Nice folks, reasonable service, and you can often walk in without an appointment. The other place in down has a a very strong chemical order that is hard to take. These guys don't have that problem.

The foot spa gave me a toe infection and they use cheap shellac lamps so the polish doesn't fully cure on your nail. I had to go back just after 3 days to have them fix my nails because they were peel...
The foot spa gave me a toe infection and they use cheap shellac lamps so the polish doesn't fully cure on your nail. I had to go back just after 3 days to have them fix my nails because they were peeling off. Instead of redoing them, they put another top coat on promising to fix and 2 days later all of them we're peeling again. These guys do not care about their customers or their product and want to make a quick buck. Don't waste your money!

On the plus side: the facility has plenty of parking and it's clean and spacious inside. The price ($16) for a regular manicure is reasonable for the area. My manicure is very pretty and the arm/hand ...
On the plus side: the facility has plenty of parking and it's clean and spacious inside. The price ($16) for a regular manicure is reasonable for the area. My manicure is very pretty and the arm/hand massage was good. The instruments were all sanitary and in good condition. On the minus side: I expect to be asked about additional services, but the manicurist really pushed the upsell hard. One "no, thank you" should suffice. In addition, the manicurist was nosy to the point of being invasive. It was almost uncomfortable. Pretty nails, but I'm not going back. And, as others have noted, it's cash or local check only. They do not accept credit cards and tips are cash only.

Went in for a pedicure. They have three types. Basic, deluxe, and super deluxe. I got the deluxe. They put a mud mask on your calves and wrap with a hot towel. $35. It was nice! The lady did a great job on my toe nails.

Loved this nail salon!They were prompt, courteous, and very friendly.The pedicure was great, the leg massage was an awesome addition.The shellac is put on very well, and the color selection is extensive.The eyebrow wax was also done exceptionally well.Highly recommend going here, I'll be back.Tips are cash only!!

I discovered a delightful surprise in Norwalk! Tailor your spa treatment to your budget and level of pampering - even the standard manicure or pedicure is far superior to the mall salons. I never felt rushed and they did a truly outstanding job. For a special occasion or a girls night out, try the $50 ultimate pedicure which includes a glass of wine with cheese and crackers for a truly indulgent pampering!

I love this place IF I get "my" regular lady, as any time she's out I get poor quality work. Last time, she was unavailable, and the lady I had was rough, despite me explaining that my hand/wrist has limited movement..nicked up my cuticles so badly, almost two weeks later is still sore...and overall job was poor. Will not be returning, and I have been going there for almost 2 years.
