Gone there twice now...first time a few years ago to get my hair cut and it was absolutely terrible and did not follow what I wanted in any way, shape, or form. Went again a few months ago to get my hair and makeup done for prom and was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. Very disappointed in both and me being an unskilled hairdresser and makeup artist, I could have done a better job. The makeup was cakey and nowhere near what I wanted, even when I had a very simple makeup idea and definitely did not match my skin tone. My hair was very messy when all I asked for was a crown braid and a simple curling. Never going back again...

I LOVE MY NEW CUT SO MUCH!
I went in with looong, THICK hair wanting something in a picture on Instagram. Jordan freaking killed it!! I was sooo nervous to chop all of my hair off, and now I’m so glad I did! Such a fun group of women and environment. I found my new hair home!

I just went today (3/7/18) and after a computer glitch caused my appointment to go away they got me in, and the experience was awesome. Super friendly, super quick and my hair turned out well. I had Crystal as my person. Will be going back for sure

By far the best salon in Muscatine. There are no hair dressers here, these folks are STYLISTS! All of the products are environmentally safe and organic. The best place for the best hair and makeup!

Salon Incognito is a green salon, meaning eco-friendly, using fully recyclable product containers, etc. You will find a very comfortable environment and super friendly staff that are highly talented and creative with their work and their environment. The Owner of Salon Incognito is as fabulous and as talented as any Hollywood hairdresser and more so than some. She and her staff are THE most up-to-date and beyond on hairstyles, color, products and more. You won't find them using harmful chemicals, harsh products or anything that is going to harm you or the environment.

Salon Incognito did the hair and makeup for myself and my bridesmaids at our wedding. I can't recommend them enough. They were able to come to a friends house where we were getting ready, so we could relax and hang out there without rushing to a salon in the morning. Our hair and makeup were perfect! They listened to exactly what we wanted, but also made suggestions about what would look best and what might not work out. I would definitely recommend the salon for any special occasion!

This is a beautiful establishment in Muscatine! I made a visit the day before Thanksgiving. Not only was the receptionist really warm and inviting she was dressed professionally as well. When you walk into this salon you suddenly feel like you are in a downtown salon of a large city. I am impressed with the education of the staff. Next time we come which will be July I am setting up for all of my friends and I to have a spa day!Beautiful salon and spa a must go for Muscatine! :)

Gone there twice now...first time a few years ago to get my hair cut and it was absolutely terrible and did not follow what I wanted in any way, shape, or form. Went again a few months ago to get my hair and makeup done for prom and was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. This is a beautiful establishment in Muscatine! I made a visit the day before Thanksgiving. Not only was the receptionist really warm and inviting she was dressed professionally as well.
