Use to love but after the last two visits in which appointment made and brought My mother in to get her nails done as well with an appointment, only to be treated as an inconvenience having to wait 30 mins to an hour yanking my and moms hands who is recently in remission nonetheless... I walked in on a Friday too get my nails repaired after just having them done a week before somewhere else. I had three falling off. So I got my nails removed and got a new full set. I was not happy about having to spend so much money after just paying for a full a week earlier elsewhere, but I was very pleased work the job that was done on my nails. Tony did my nails, and also helped me pick a nail design/color, as I was having troubles deciding. I was leary about going here as I have heard a few negative reviews from friends. The only thing negative was that I had to wait a while, but I was a walk in and they had alot of appointments coming in. The employees kept a positive demeanor even though a few of the customers seemed very demeaning to them. I will return. Read Less

Horrible service. Went here for the first time and left literally in tears. I wanted fake nails, they glued on the tips, started clipping them and then asked what I wanted. I said pointed, she said no that will look bad they're too short and I said we'll can we make them longer then? (We would only have had to take off 3 tips and redo them) they said id have to pay extra. (For their screw up) I only have like $50 so I couldn't do that. I asked if I could just leave, since all... I had was the tips. She started to clip all the tips off and cut one of my fingers...(mind you) I got up and said I would just like to go. They then said I needed to pay them for the tips they had just glued on my Nails and then clipped off. I said no, kindly I'm not paying you for this. I'm going to have to get these taken off somewhere else. The man yelled at me to leave and never come back. Trust me, you couldn't pay me to go back there!!! Terrible service. I waited for 3 hours and I made an appointment beforehand. They were helping all the walk-ins. I got my nails done and then they said $55. Never again will I go there. My nails are discolored. They do not look white at all. The guy who was doing my nails took forever and made my nails look nothing like I showed him I wanted them.  I will be going to tips and toes now. They used to work for Tony anyways. Read Less

I used to like this place! Now they rush you through and you still pay and don't get what you paid for. Don't do gels a waste of money as my nails were lifting. Also don't ask them to remove your nails without spending $30 dollars for pain and not getting your nails fixed. Lesson learned my money needs to not go there. Read Less

I have been getting pink and white for abut a decade. I've been to salons around the country and have only liked the way my nails came out at a few of them. The guy that did my pink and white nails here almost had it right. I could tell he knew what he was doing by the way he was talking about what he was doing and why. They came out looking good. But they are thick and the white doesn't cover the front edge of the nail, which is obvious because of their thickness. The next day, I could see dark spots where the gel must have dried funny. The pink is almost dark enough to not be able to see the edges of where my nail was before the fill. It cost $41 for the fill, which I feel is a little on the pricy side.  I would come back here.
