Walked in to get a pink and white fill. The guy filled the white and it was so messy I asked him to fix it before he put the pink on so it would look right and I was told by two other employees that he was the best at doing nails and it will look great. I have got my nails done pink and white for several years and knew it looked wrong but I still went with the other employees opinions. My nails were done and they looked awful. I told the guy I tried to tell him before he put the pink powder on and now they're ruined and it's permanent until they grow out. Definitely will not be returning. Read Less

Had a gift certificate to use which is why I tried this place out. Waited 45 minutes with feet soaking for technician and almost left. The lady who did my pedicure was not friendly and it was obvious she wanted to be somewhere else. Some parts of the pedicure were painful and she didn't believe me when I said it hurt. Have gone to this place for 20 some years on and off ever since they opened. Today I called them about 1 and asked if around 4 they would be busy or not cuz I do know that they do not take appointments. I talked to Steve the owner he said come in at 4 will get you in the best we can so my mothe, r my daughter and I went there at about 4 or 4:15, signed our names in it we sat there and then about 4:30 I asked how long it might be he said 5 minutes will 10 minutes later we got ...our seats which wasn't bad at all. Well my daughter started getting her nails done my mom started getting her nails done and I was waiting the lady got finished with my daughter went to another girl who came in after me! And then I looked at my mom and her toes were almost done, she was getting nail polish on I have sat there for over an hour with my feet giving soaking and my water was cold! I just got up and told my mom that this is crazy I have never been disrespected like that and for coming there that many years it's not right. I got up and the lady asked me where I was going I said obviously I'm not getting a pedicure so I'm leaving I told her she was supposed to do mine, I was next not that other person! She said well another guy is almost done he can do you. WOW I talked to Steve as I left told him what happened and all they said was who told you that? Just went to go for pedicures for me and m husband, and to get my nails filled n reshellaced and five customers were jumped ahead of me, staff was rude and I I'll not be returning. Girls said they had appts but sine they were "pretty" they served them first Read Less

They did a great job during the pedicure, however we were there almost 2 hours and most of that time we were sitting with our feet in the water waiting for a technician. They did not appear to be that busy. It was my bff's first time and I think she enjoyed it but we wish that it wouldn't have taken 2 hours. Read Less

Then the manicure was a complete let down, my cuticles were not cleaned up very well, the polish looked like a child applied it, another lady ended up coming over to try to fix it but it was too far gone to fix without completely redoing, which was not given to me as an option. Honestly, I probably will not be going back. The man that put my nails on and painted them was very nice. He did a nice job. My nails are even and very well painted. My sister however, she will not ever be returning. The same man that did my nails put hers on. She said that was the plus. He was social and very courteous to her. The woman who painted her nails totally ruined them. The lines were not even and crooked. It was very obvious when you looked at them, that the woman who did them wasnt even trying to do her best. My sister was outraged by this. She payed them for the job but she did not get a tip.Read Less
