I went here with my best friend because we were had coupons, her nails turned out great, mine however, not so much. I went in for a fill and color and left with a color and bumpy nails. The fill job was terrible, literally nothing got filled, just more gel on top of what was already there. I also left with bloody cuticles and an empty wallet because they decided (it doesn't say on the coupon) that the coupon only worked for just polish and nothing else. I came here with my fiancé and we went up to the counter and waited around 5 minutes to be noticed. It was a bit busy so I understand that we had to wait a while to actually be helped. We both got manicures and they rushed through the whole thing. The lady that I had was going so fast she would miss a couple times whenever she would put the wand back in the polish. There was a family waiting for pedicures and you could tell they were rushing for them because they came in and knew them by name. The lady filed my nails and they turned out really uneven and lopsided. She accidentally cut one of my cuticles too low and it started to bleed and when she put acetone on it and it burned she just laughed. The guy that my fiancé had was also rushing that he didn't even cover half her nails with the finishing coat. For mine, the clear coat was all bubbly at the end and the color didn't reach down to my cuticles so it looks like they've already grown out but I just had them done yesterday. They just seem to have preferred customers so if you come here make sure there's nobody else because they might rush through to get to their best tippers. I made an appointment to get eyelash extensions with vivian the esthetician and she is amazing. She took her time but got it done in a timely matter. She was so friendly and easy to talk to. Not to mention her prices are a lot lower then other salons in des moines. She did an amazing job. Read Less

This is place is the bomb.com!! I have gone there with my daughter a few times and had my daughters wedding party get Pedi's and Mani's! The owner and beautiful ladies that work there were so kind and professional! The owner was right on task and got 10 people done and out ahead of schedule for our wedding rehearsal! I highly recommend this place for your nail spa!! And especially if you are looking for a place to go for your wedding party to get pampered before the big day!! Pedicure was amazing. I'd rate it 5 stars for that. Sadly, my acrylic nails were terrible. I showed a photo of what i wanted and she did a terrible job. I was unsatified and still got charged full price. I would not reccommend coming here if you want something professional. Read Less

Great job on my nails! They were able to take me as a walk-in and provided bottled water. The no-chip has lasted 2 weeks without chipping!! The pedicure was not the best I've ever had but they did an excellent job and have fair prices! Read Less
