I just found this place and usually don’t give reviews, but this place deserves it. The place is very clean, they put plastic liners where you put your feet and they do your pedicures. Ladies are very friendly, they do an awesome job, and the prices are as regular as any other nail place. For such a neat place, they could jack up the prices, but they don’t. I went on a Saturday morning and knew I didn't have a ton of time, but really needed my nails done. I only had an hour to get my pedi and gel mani done, and told them that when I came in. They were very friendly about it and said they would do their best to make sure I was done in time and could get to where I needed to be. Jenny was very efficient as she did my toenails and my nails, but also took the time to talk to me and make me feel welcome and at home. We got right in for pedicures and the staff were pleasant and welcoming. They took time to really take care of our feet and the end result was beautiful! They are also reasonable on their prices and the salon is clean and well kept. My sister and I will be going back to this place again! Read Less

Hey! Just moved to Johnston a few weeks ago was nervous about finding a nail salon as good as what I left in my hometown! Cali far exceeded my expectations! Made an appointment to get my acrylics removed. I only knew of soaking acrylics off in acetone. I got here early for my appointment, had the top layer of shellac buffed off with the drill. Then I had a lady pull me by the arm to a different chair. I understand I am younger (17), but it seemed very unprofessional. She then clipped my nails and scraped the acrylic off with a tool. It was painful and uncomfortable. This process is much quicker than the soaking method. She seemed to be in a rush because there was a small group of older women picking out nail polish for their appointment. My nails look awful afterwards and there is still some small bumps of acrylic left. I got my nails done somewhere else so I don't know how well they apply acrylics. One Sunday I went in because the flashing OPEN sign was on. Fill and pedi in 45 minutes. Wasn't good on either but hey instead of telling me they didn't want to do it to start with, they gave me a half junk job, took my money then had the nerve to tell me they were closed that day.  Really??  Maybe you shouldn't turn the sign on?   Used to be best place in town but now they just want your money and give you a crappy job. Jenny and the staff were awesome this afternoon. They got me in on very short notice and I was out within 30-40 minutes. They were attentive, courteous and made me feel EXTREMELY welcome. Even though it was such short notice, I never once felt rushed. I'll be continuing to come here and will definitely recommend this Salon to my family and friends. Read Less
