I've been to this salon many times since moving to Milwaukee but as of recently their service is starting to slack. I came to get a classic pedi and my shellac removed on my hands. I truly can't enjoy the pedicure experience when I'm also having to soak my nails in the foil. It ruins the service. You can't do anything, you can't read, use your phone, sip your coffee. You can't even control the massage chair. But that's just the scratching the surface of this review. My pedicu...re was extremely subpar. Hardly any buffing the bottoms of my feet, a mere squirt of lotion for the "leg massage" just overall not good. But now back to my shellac removal- this entire time of my pedicure my nails were soaking in the acetone with foil only for it not to work at all!! My pedicure was $25 and lasted 15 minutes. I went in the morning and it wasn't busy, but I felt very rushed. She barely scrubbed my feet or did the massage, but the chair massage was nice. I don't normally post negative reviews, but I was not happy with the money I spent. Read Less

First time in Milwaukee for a work trip and needed some pampering! This is a beautiful area and the weather is great. The salon is near lots of hip eateries also. The people at Bisou were very friendly and did a great job on my pedicure. They provide more (and better) service for less price than the salons back home. Would recommend!! P.S. Took a late lunch today and needed my nails done badly. I wanted to go somewhere close to the office and had previously saw this place and decided to check them out. I called to inquire if they took walk-ins and was asked to make an appointment, surprisingly I wanted my appointment in 10 minutes....I can be pushy :), but also needed to be back for a meeting, my request was granted. I walked into Tina's Nails without an appointment and they helped me right away, they're very good with balancing customers. The ladies were incredibly friendly and Tina did a fantastic job with my nails and the service was great! The prices are wonderful compared to other places around me.Read Less

I came in for an acrylic to treat myself for my birthday. Not the best service. The guy who did my acrylic set didn't talk, tugged at my hands, was very rough with the drill, and gave me 3 cuts. Not to mention, the polish was terrible and dried but was so thick that it was easily smooshed. Uneven nail lengths and absolutely not the best service. this is the worst manicure I have ever received.  it was clear that they were in a hurry were not concerned with the quality at all.  i had to ask for my manicurist to fix three of my nails that looked especially atrocious and she didnt even really do that, charged me 18 dollars and left without ever checking to see if they were dry or if i needed anything else.  I will never be going back Read Less
