Called and made an appointment at 230, that’s when the guy said they had wide open.. 🤔 Got there at 2:25pm about 4 minutes later someone actually acknowledged us for the first time. We waited for about 5 more minutes then got put back in the Pedi chairs. No water just sat there for ANOTHER 30 minutes. As they were continuing to take walk in clients instead of saying no I have appointments here!!! The place was dirty too! 😷We ended up walking out and going to #1 Nails, they got us right in as they stated on the phone and did a great job!!! Not a bad spot to get a pedicure. Saw this place when I was on the way to bed bath and beyond. After I was done with my shopping there, I stopped by here to get a pedicure. Nice place. Was told 30 minutes and waited over an hour with two other ladies who waited 1.5 hours. People kept walking in and were told 30 minutes. Then a group walked in and they took them. Worst place in Dubuque. I never leave reviews but this warrants one. Read Less

At first I really liked it here. Yes, friendly staff and quick service. Then during a toenail clipping my toe was bleeding very badly, cut on both sides. This was after I told them I did not want my toe nails clipped. It hurt very bad. I went to the podiatrist and he said they should not be making people bleed due to the huge chance of infection. I did not go back for a few weeks. Then I decided to give it another chance and this time I just wanted to have my gel polish removed and shaping. They put the foils on and left me to sit for an hour without ever coming back to me. Instead they waited on two large parties getting manis and pedis. They even sat right next to me and didn't even acknowledge that I was still sitting there with the foils on. I took the foils off myself and scraped the paint off and walked out. No one even bothered to stop me or ask me what was wrong ... at all. I will not go back. Now my finger nails are dried out and splitting, very damaged. I'll be doing my own nails. Read Less

Nice staff. Tommy gave Excellent directions.  We were only traveling in the area. So depending on where you're from;  in Dubuque, IA they include TAXES  with your services. So for 2 pedi's one mani, and only one was a No Chip. We paid $95$!  This did not include the tip either for TWO providers. The no chip mani took TOO LONG! Why she didn't have my (NATURAL) nails soaking while her co-worker was doing my mani? This really could have saved us a lot of TIME! And she justified not repairing my cracked nail! Which is going to cost me later! It's already snagging my hair, my clothes. I'm disappointed . Just got the second worse manicure of my life. But maybe this one was worst than the first because of the price. I've lived in NY and I live in Miami. It's between $3-7 more expensive for a manicure than either of those cities. I was in Dubuque for my grandmother's funeral and popped in here to get my nails done. Nail tech didn't ask my what shape I wanted and then didn't shape. They were all uneven lengths. Didn't clean my nail beds. Cuticle nippers did not appear to be sterilized. Left skin hanging off my cuticles. There was polish on all of my cuticles. As I was drying, I realized I would just have to take it off myself before tomorrow, so I asked for them to remove the polish. They didn't offer to fix. I asked for a refund and they refused. So I guess this was the worst manicure of my life, as the other bad one I had, the owner was apologetic and willing to fix. Read Less

This place is VERY SPECIAL! They make me feel like a queen whenever I walk in. The owner is wonderful and is so friendly! I often ask for regular pedicure and gel manicure and the girls go above and beyond. They are also polite and listen to your requests. This place is a wonderful oasis!! Read Less

I LOVE this place! This is my second time here, and again, I'm so pleased! The first time I went was about 3 weeks ago, and my gel polish didn't chip at all! I came here with a nail broken right in the middle (I was so worried!) and it was fixed right up!
