I was very impressed with the knowledge Carrie had regarding the Red Ray bed and how they work. She's friendly and very accomodating when I forget to call ahead for appointments. Prices are reasonable and I love checking out all the new purses, scarfs and other fun accessories!

Very personable AND real the owner and employees are. Whether the service is tanning, hair, or nails they make their customers feel like a priority. Not to mention their pricing is reasonable!

At first I was a little nervous with trying out a new tanning salon. But I know I will never tan anywhere else but the hot spot. You don't just go in and say how long you want to tan and go. You actually get to have conversation with the staff. Definitely recommend them for your next tanning session!

Great place with first class service. I purchased a Rioni purse and absolutely love it. If you are looking for something different I suggest you check it out! Quality items and quality service.

I not only work here at The Hot Spot, but I believe in bettering the tanning experience for every tanner, whether they are new to tanning or have been tanning for years. No matter which scenario, we can teach everyone something new. I say we have the best sunning aka tanning beds and we were the first in our town to have Red Ray Therapy Beds!

Loved this place after my first visit last night! The owner is very nice and friendly! I told her that I couldn't make it in until after their closing hours because of the hours I work at my job. She was willing to come and open back up for me after she had closed, to get me set up with a package. She is very knowledgeable and offers super great advice! Will continue my business :)

I have only gone a few times so far but the staff is super friendly and I've never had to wait to tan. Great prices too. An awesome (and better!) alternative to Sun Tan City.

The Hot Spot is by far the best tanning salon in Dubuque. The staff holds a plethora of knowledge for the novice tanner and the beds are of high quality. Prices are very reasonable. I received 5 month...
The Hot Spot is by far the best tanning salon in Dubuque. The staff holds a plethora of knowledge for the novice tanner and the beds are of high quality. Prices are very reasonable. I received 5 months of tanning for $140.00. Carrie, the owner / operator, is absolutely wonderful and always encourages safe healthy tanning. Providing red ray beds, you also have the option of an holistic way to reduce the appearance of scars, fine lines, wrinkles and ailments. Currently, I am using both red ray and tanning. My favorite spot to go in town, The Hot Spot!
