A few girls and I had a appointment for 1:00. We arrived at 12:40 and we were not seen until almost 3:00. My nails are not filed down evenly and they are all different shapes.

I made an appointment for 10:30 for 2 pedicures and they didn’t even get us in a chair until 10:50 and didn’t start our pedicures until 11. They did a terrible job massaging our feet. My toenail polish on 4 of my toes came off in less than 24 hours after the pedicure. Won’t be going back.

The nail technician barley trimmed by cuticles. She spent the majority of time she was working on my feet chatting with the women working next to her, often take long pauses. She also switched the nail polish I handed her with one she already had on her cart when she assumed I was too busy reading my book to notice.

Waited two hours today to be seated to get a manicure. And I would do it all over again. I have been going to this place for a little over a year now and I will NEVER go anywhere else. Their prices are amazing considering how great they are with your nails!! They are always very friendly and they are great when it comes to having conversations with you. Simon is the one who usually does my nails and he is seriously talented when it comes to acrylics. His son and his wife Julie are also very good! I recommend this place to everyone. 5 stars without a doubt. They will always have me as a costumer. (Pictures in the comments)

Two of my acrylic nails broke within a week of having them on. Over priced. And horrible customer service. They were all for the most part rude and not careful when doing my acrylic nails.

Have been here a few times now and won't be going back. Constantly telling me that "why come in when I want my nails so short" or "why you want this service at all". I'm the customer, you can make suggestions but to actually laugh at me for what I want is not only unprofessional but rude. Also, to talk about a client in another language is uncalled for. When you say something to another, in Vietnamese, then both look at you and laugh is uncalled for. The actual service preformed is ok but the confrontation from the nail specialist makes this place awful.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY. Danny did my French acrylics and wasn't even paying attention when he was putting the tips on so none of them are straight, he didn't file the ends so that they were the same shape. He would see that they were uneven or not glued enough and he wouldn't do anything about it until i said something. He did not say one word to me the entire visit at Elite Nails. Do not waste your time and money at this place. Not worth it at all.

Had just a plain pedi and mani. No way can I put pantyhose without my feet snagging them. I have hangnails on 3 fingers. Noticed in the shower the toe polish doesn't cover entire nail on the sides. My boyfriend got a mani and he swears if he bit the nail it would have been better than the service he received. This was their second chance with us. NEVER AGAIN!

This place was recommended to me by a friend. Though I would not ever do the same. I went after work for an acrylic set and shellac polish, thinking I could treat myself to something nice, but was completely put off by the end of it. I got in pretty quickly, which was nice, but that was probably the only upside of things. I was rushed to find a color, being told I should have chosen red on a number of occasions. And I'm not even sure why? My tech didn't sit straight in his chair, which resulted in all of my nails on my left hand to be completely crooked. Not to mention, one of the nails wasn't even pressed to my own nail enough and it just looks like I have some protrusion coming out of my finger. A few nails were filed crookedly and already some of the polish is coming off. The nails on my right hand are noticeably longer than the nails on my left as well. For the outcome of the services, this is way too over priced. Needless to say, he got no tip and I will not be going back to this place.

Waited two hours today to be seated to get a manicure. And I would do it all over again. I have been going to this place for a little over a year now and I will NEVER go anywhere else. Their prices are amazing considering how great they are with your nails!! They are always very friendly and they are great when it comes to having conversations with you.
